This app is garbage. Not worth a 1 star
Thought I would give it a go despite all the negative feedback and reviews. But nope they are fair. App loaded fine, signed in fine but then it tried loading god knows what packages, I’m guessing based on my phone number and name. But it proceeded to hang with the spinning wheel. Tried to track an actual parcel that I want to follow and no details were found. All NZ couriers seem to have a massive issue of being able to accurately track parcels. But this app does nothing to solve that problem.Show lesswrobexee

New Update solved many issues
Was a bit skeptical after reading the 1 and 2 star reviews but after downloading and trying the app it work’s brilliantly.
Easy to see all your incoming ‘active’ parcels and also all your historical delivers with downloadable proof of deliver.

Constantly logging out and trying to register
Will work for a day or two, then freezes and crashes. When I re-launch it, it goes straight to a page to sign up for a new account; no option even to sign back in.
Basically a really crappy wrapper around a really crappy webpage, and it can’t even get the single part of an app right, which is to give quick access to tracking.Show lessqoqpqpapqpqpqpqp
Realme login unavailable
Was very welcoming to see a new NZ Post app as the previous app was a bit behind the ball and lacked update support an became unusable.
After downloading the app and going to log in I have found the app completely unusable as I have linked my NZ Post account to my realme account and the login option for this is non existent. Checking any information about the app nothing is mentioned anywhere about this if it’s a bug or something that is still being worked on.Show lessI Xt3rminater I
APP UPDATE
I thought the new app was great UNTIL, it keeps login you out maybe every 24hours.
After a few days it comes up with name, last name and number page and it doesn't load after you push continue. Just stays on that page so you have to uninstall and reinstall again. Done the exact same thing on my partners phone tooShow lessbridgettetonga
Upgrade no good
Finally an update on the app but sadly a lot of work needs to be done. Having to log in with email and password every time just to track a parcel is annoying. Face recognition would be a great addition. Even adding tracking numbers doesn’t always work. On the way to a good thing NZ Post but still a lot of work to be done.Show lessmarkmeh
Buggy and unrefined
Worked well for a little bit, then it has logged me out and is trying to make me sign up again. When I do that, it simply does not load. I click continue after filling in first, last name and phone number and it pretends to load and then cancelled. Tried again after reloading the app and this time it wouldn’t even let me type in the last name field.
The website is much better. Perhaps I’ll edit my review if the issues are fixed.Show lesskribsby
Great to see an update but
The update finally arrived but it won’t retain login info so if you shut it down you’ve got to log in again each time a PIN or facial recognition would help. Whatever happened overnight, now can’t even log in. Goes direct to a registration page and won’t go past it.
Functionality looked great when I was able to access but for now and until it’s more stable, stick to the website.Show lessspuddynz
Finally! The app has be useless for years now.
