Bugs and bitrate issues
I have been an on and off Netflix subscriber for over 12 years. The app is average/bad at best, the UI is awful and the categories are all over the place. You also can’t see half of the content that you can see on the Netflix TV app unless you specifically know the name of what you want to find. There are tons of bugs in the Jan 2025 update such as iPhone white multitasking bar never disappearing, and this is incredibly distracting at night time viewing especially on an OLED display, and the Netflix chroma colour quality and bitrate drops to awful levels even when viewing on the top Netflix 4K premium package and using EE’s 5G network with full bars. EE has by far the fastest 5G network in England clocking in at 500+ megabits per second download speed and you only need 50 for 4K content. It is over 7 times higher the recommended bandwidth for 4K streaming therefore the problem is clearly with the awful Netflix servers. I highly suspect due to the many issues that this app hasn’t been coded properly to work seamlessly with their own servers. It works and has a professional feel to it, but when you actually get into the quality of the streaming it provides it’s pretty bad sometimes.

Outstanding!
My mother was in the 6888. My brothers and I knew she was in the army in WWII and drove trucks and knew drivers in the red ball express and that’s it. Now I see why we had inspections on Saturday mornings, spit shining our shoes and organizing our foot lockers and clothes in order. My dad was in the army from WWII through viet nam. I now have a much better understanding of my parents and why they were so tough and taught us no task is impossible. Sometimes it takes courage and belief. We had it when we integrated schools and everyone in our neighborhood wanted their kids in her kindergarten class. The movie could have been a mini series and characters fleshed out more . The fighter pilot could have been a Tuskegee flyer as they were based at Ramiteli Italy. However, seeing them march brought tears to my eyes. America has under appreciated the contributions of Black American women. It’s a shame my mom did not see this movie. At least I was able to get her full military honors for her burial. After seeing the trailers i thought this would be Tyler Perry’s best work. I’m glad I ignored the naysayers and critics. This is one of the most educational things i have ever seen from Hollywood and I have seen a lot. God bless Tyler Perry and the cast and crew.

Dear creator of Netflix
I have love Netflix for like ever but they keep taking off all the good things like stuff from like 2000s 11s and stuff like that but they keep on the stuff that was made in like the 1800s like what like I love this one movie and it’s called Honey girls and it’s been on there for like ever and I would and I love watching it but then they took it off and the only place that I can watch is on prime video for like $20 like what I literally watch for free on Netflix and like they be taking off this one show Jessica Darlene it list I think that’s what it’s called but and I watch out to bed like every night but now I can’t watch it at all because they took it off and now the only place I can watch is like prime video for like $20 like what they taking off all the good things will be keeping on these horrible things like what they do have some good things to on there and do some good things but they be taking off good things too. but don’t get me wrong. I love Netflix. I love all the things on there but they gotta stop takeoff. All these other things too. Also I use my microphone that’s why my punctuation is so good. oh I forgot they take forever to make new season of things like this can be out for like five years and then like five years later they make another season and then like they say that like it’s a week after it ever happened in the last thing what they look so much older like you cannot be doing this. OK that’s it.

Please do not get rid of elf pets because my favorite animal is a arctic fox. I really wanna watch it forever please please please do it. I will cry if I can’t watch it anymore please please please please. Sorry I messed up on this one. I also want you to keep the others cause animals need to be loved. It’s not fair if you delete something people love like if your favorite animal was a dog and I and I’m someone else delete that you will be sad too that’s why I say that we should not get rid of all of them thank you for knocking out of them and responding. Please get rid of table toys cause they look really creepy and I’m really scared to watch it. I forgot to tell you, but it says I have watched miraculous ladybug, which I never watch that characters again I’ve never watched it the Island movie, which I’ve never the Magic School Bus My Little Pony make your mark Miniforce world party llama llama Austin miraculous ladybug super monsters Christmas spirit PJ Masks I hate PJ Masks. I don’t know why it said. I watched that when I didn’t never watchedp trolls Holiday Cocomelon, which I hate again when I never watched it Tokyo and creature world. I’ve never watched those and I hate these ones. These are the worst ones PJ masks miraculous ladybug llama Miniforce, PJ Masks, Holly trolls Cocomelon and every other one I did not watch ever, but it says I watch it before I’ve never also I hate alien TV why I’ve never watched it

Great Selection
Have enjoyed subscription to Netflix for approximately 30 years, I find it to have a great selection of old & new movies which appeal to all ages.
I particularly like the old films which unless purchased on video are no longer available, happy to see are on the Netflix Menu.
There is also a variety of good quality International series which are continued to end of story line. The only criticism is there are many other series which are available on Netflix however not in Australia, these can be watched on other platforms which is very frustrating. Apart from the selection I prefer to deal with the Customer Service Team at Netflix than other services, while Netflix is costly the Team are always happy to find best solution to accommodate your needs. Others may not agree however I would not steer away from Netflix for my viewing preferences at this stage.

Add more movies and series PLEASE.
Honestly Netflix is not bad a bad app, but I’ve literally watched like everything on it and a lot of things I’ve been wanting to watch but aren’t there. At this point I don’t know why I’m even paying for Netflix when I can just get an app for free and watch it there. There are barley ever new movies or series on Netflix, just the same old shows. I’ve been seeing new series being added to other platforms immediately but when it comes to Netflix it’s like your not even updating. I’ve seen new movies and anime’s being added everywhere but Netflix. And another thing is why can’t you just put all of the episodes in a series? I don’t want to wait all the way until next Thursday to watch one 20 minute episode. Please just put all the episodes at once if you can. Also, just as I said a moment ago why am I seeing the new series of movies or anime’s everywhere but not Netflix? I’m literally scrolling on TikTok or something and I’m just seeing edits of new series and then Netflix doesn’t add until like the next year. I don’t know if it’s hard to add them or not but come on. I’ve seen apps that are for free with all movies and stuff. I think you could do better. 👍

Netflix is awesome!
I have been using Netflix for YEARS and it is amazing! It is a platform where you can watch all your favorite movies or tv shows. Most of my favorite shows are on here and that is part of the reason I have it. If you pay for a subscription every month or year I think, you can watch unlimited movies and shows for that amount of time. Some of the things on Netflix are interactive which is cool too. You can add things to your list which would be your favorite things to watch. And for traveling you can download movies to watch WITHOUT internet! There are different profiles you can set up and even a kids option so they won’t go watching stuff they are not supposed too. They show age ratings which is helpful for kids at young ages. There are so many different genres of movies like comedy, drama, horror, action and more! Something I also like is they put different movies and shows in different number places like the number one through ten of the best movies or shows that time you get on the app. This app has a great selection if your looking for some newer or older movies too. This app is just amazing and I really enjoy it.

Please stop removing good shows
I enjoy using Netflix a lot and think it is a good streaming service that people use globally but I do have a few issues which I would like to complain about. I strongly suggest that you look at what shows aren’t getting watched compared to what shows are when you remove them. For example, a few months ago you unfortunately removed Spider-man into the spider-verse , which a lot of people liked. I personally know someone who was distraught and heartbroken over the removal of Spider-man. This has left many people cancelling subscriptions which makes you lose out on money. You don’t want that do you? I implore you to more shows that people thoroughly enjoy. I promise you no one needs or wants another season of coco melon. Secondly, I have noticed that you have put the “leaving soon” banner on 2 very popular shows: the black phone and the maze runner. This appalled me as those are shows me and my friends love watching. If you could please reconsider what shows you add and remove, that would be absolutely phenomenal. I also would like to consult you in the fact that, when I’m in my Netflix account. It commonly shows up with “you are not in the Netflix household” even when I am. It takes so long to fix and honestly agitates me sometimes. Negative reviews aside, this app has helped me when there’s nothing to watch and you are improving with your anime’s. Thank you for reading this review and I implore that you take it into consideration. 😁

Disappointed…
I loved netflix for a very long time but their recent changes on home internet connections and others really drove me away from them. We don’t have wifi at home cuz we all have unlimited data so our IP addresses are all different even when we live in the same house. When i contacted them via the live chat I just got a disheartening response where I honestly thought I might have just been talking to a bot. They just advised that even though I am paying for 2 devices, because of our different IPs only one person will be able to use the account and there was nothing else they could do about it. I understand that I am just one customer and losing just one obviously wouldn’t affect a multimillion dollar company in the least but it’s really sad to know that they don’t have (at least in my experience) good customer service and problem resolution teams. Also the fact that they didn’t seem to care one bit about my predicament when I had been a loyal customer of the service for quite a while really just made me realise how futile it all was continuing with them.

I really love a Whisker away, so can you make a a Whisker Away series that is rated TV-Y7 in the final episode of season one miyo and Hinode get married and then in season two Miyo gets pregnant and then has a baby girl named Sakura and then in season three Miyo gets pregnant again and then has a baby boy named Kaito and then also can you make a a Whisker Away 2 movie that is rated TV-Y7 and it’s about when miyo and Hinode’s family is complete but then Sakura really wants to go to cat island but miyo said no because miyo had a terrible past there so then Sakura and kaito go to cat island and then turn into cats and then miyo was scared to see that Kaito and Sakura have gone to cat island so then miyo turns back into taro the white cat and then there was the cat mask seller and he was going to make the people turn into cats forever but then Sakura, Kaito, Miyo, and Hinode defeat the mask seller and then everyone was safe and they don’t have to worry about turning back into cats anymore. ( Ps. The mask seller don’t have to smoke no more lol) also I love 3below tales of Arcadia and the amazing digital circus and I was thinking you should probably bring the amazing digital circus characters to 3below, like Pomni, Caine, Ragatha, Jax, Kinger, Gangle, Zooble, and Bubble.
