Frequently menu items are missing
There is typically 1 or 2 items at the pizza stand that are not on the app on Monday. This typically gets fixed by Tuesday or Wednesday
Poor UI/UX
I shouldn’t be able to submit a “meat, egg, and cheese sandwich” without selecting a meat or cheese option. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve accidentally order just a bagel due to this lack of required selection and the fact that you can’t easily tell there are more options to select below.

Really hard to find scanner or for scanner to start
Very Inefficient
I just added funds to my account only for the app not to work with any of the kiosks around the area I live in, making the app pretty much useless. And now I have money just sitting around, and I can’t even get it back to my debit card. There should be an option to send it back to wherever the money was added from, whether it be a debit card or credit card

convenient but glitchy at times. I’ve had food be ready for pick up, but the app would stay stuck on it being prepared. Then I would pick it up late because I didn’t know that it was ready because the app would still say it’s being prepared.

This app is great. I use this at my job prior to my lunch time. My food is always ready. App is easy to use which is great!

I’m supposed to gain points with purchases that has never worked and the app doesn’t update when your food is ready I’ve had food sitting for 40 mins because it says it’s not ready then it’s ready. And vice versa. Not very dependable and accurate

Pick up time should be after we select the order, when we first select the time and go to order section by the time order is complete, the selected time is no longer available. So it would become seamless for the consumer

Complete waste of time
Requires you to remake your order if the time slot is filled.
I routinely have to choose my order 2-3 times because the app is poorly designed.

New update issues
After the new update the app is not opening. I can’t access the app

The vending machines at my job use this app. The app is easy to use but they company that uses them is pricey
Move Pickup Time to end of workflow
Pickup time expires too often. You should move the pickup time to the end of the order workflow or just offer an ASAP option that assigns next available time. Frustrating to make it through an order just for it to cancel because of the timing.
Truly amazing
This is one of my favorite things to do. (1), Fee free from my card to the creditor, (2), I’m on the road and if my wife is hungry she can always add funds simple and easy, oh yeah once again free of charge for any deposit 👍🏾, wish more companies were this way
Add notifications back in
I love the new Live Activities feature but for some reason you all forgot to have it send a notification when your order is ready for pickup. It forces me to have my phone out and watch the Live Activity. Also the Live Activity should go away on its own after a reasonable time after your order is ready (maybe 20 minutes later).
