Overcomplicated and busy app.
Overly complicated, trying to cramp too much information into a page.
Less is sometimes more.
I’m moving my funds to Citi and DBS because the mobile UI just makes more sense!

Spam that just keeps coming
USELESS chat bubble that can’t be turned off for a “Relationship Manager” that doesn’t even exist.
This bank has zero interest in consumer experience.
