CANT GET MONEY BACK?!
Ive always had problems with the NS and for some reason i cant seem to get my money back for an extra bought ticket?! I accidentally didnt check the day and bought 2 friday tickets. One was very specific time and the other one was a dal ticket which i was supposed to buy for sunday. Somehow i cant get my money back even if i delete the ticket 😡😡Show lessAnonymousdjsenxaj

Really helpful but needs ApplePay
As a regular traveller in NL, I use this app all the time to work out my journeys.
I’ve heard you can use ApplePay in the app but never been able to or get the option so rather than using my credit card I end up buying tickets at a machine.
If I could use ApplePay it would make life so much easier, also any advise on buying multi stop tickets as it’s not clear.Show lessSki_patrolblue
Serious modernisation needed
Basic functions OK, but in the year 2024, an app should let you add tickets to Apple Wallet and pay with Apple Pay!stifle
Trips tracking is buggy and not accurate
Since 2015, I've been using the card and app without any issues. However, recently, I've been overcharged twice, and some trips haven't been recorded in the app. I've contacted NS to correct the tracking errors and get a refund.Alanmdd
Easy to use
I first heard about your system through a local businessman, Geert Nab. What an easy way to get a train ticket! Similar to the LIRR app in NYC, & easy-to-use.Beth Adair, Florida
If you buy two tickets the first person is hidden
You have to double tap the ticket and then zoom out to see the other persons ticket. Very frustrating.Bren Gun

Perfect for Netherlands travel
Journey planner, live train tracking, ticket purchasing and station services (I.e. what shops are at stations, car parking, bike hire etc) - all in one app. Very good!James Scantlebury
Samen reis korting
Jammer dat dit nu via de App moet; het is een stuk ingewikkelder EN ik kan mijn NS reis kaart er niet voor gebruiken (je kan alleen met creditcard of iDeal betalen). Ik kom uit Canada en heb ook niet altijd bereik op mijn telefoon, ook dat is nu een probleem, want het kaartje komt op mijn telefoon te staan. Dat kunnen we dus alleen regelen als het lukt om wifi te krijgen. Het hele process vergt ook ineens meer voorbereiding waar we regelmatig geen tijd voor zullen hebben als we met de trein mee moeten!Show lessmkiujnbhytgbvfyy
