Poor information
Booked ticket then message flashed up briefly on phone but is no longer visible. It seemed to say train I booked is canceled. Why tell me AFTER I book!!!!Xzwyy

Removed the departures tab and greatly reduced the options in the latest update. I’m really not sure why this was done?Ggggggggggggggd

Ticket Bookings
NS has too many apps. For a single journey between two cities for a family if 5, you have to download 10 different tickets to the app.
No integration with Apple wallet. Very cumbersome!Frequent Traveller 2023

Hello Non-Dutch NS traveler. Something else must've gone wrong. E-tickets are stored locally and you can open them, even if you're in airplane mode.Excellent app
