  • Poor

    Written by somebody who is totally familiar with banking app processes.
    It needs to be written for the customers who are NOT FAMILIAR with banking processes and phone apps
  • Getting better and better...

    The app generally works well and continues to improve as they add features. One small thing. The app needs to respect the user preference not to solicit in-app ratings. I’m sure it’s an App Store policy violation to ignore this.
  • What have you done??

    The app redesign means all of my existing payees have been deleted - they must be re added individually!!! I am going back to using the web browser. Idiots!!
  • Useless

    The app is useless. The only thing that works is the token and the account level summaries. Account details are not available at the transaction level. While one can manage payees, you cannot transfer money to existing payees that you already have without entering them again.

    It’s disappointing that even after a couple of installs and upgrades the app still cannot perform these basic functions....

  • User Interface

    User interface is worst than before. Some of the screens are stuck and can’t go on to complete the transactions. Pls fix this quickly
  • Bad user experience, can’t see transaction details

    Every since app refresh, I can no longer see my transaction details! Always an error in loading. I need to go onto web browser instead.
  • Inbox Linkage

    It is a good app and interface.

    Looks like not all Web features are included.

    Most of all, I suggest to enable the Inbox to communicate with Citibank.

  • Good looks but inconsistent navigation

    There are things that look good but completely unfriendly. The latest app by Citi is such. I would easily say the previous mobile app may look dated but navigating on the banks products and services are so much easier.
  • Absolutely ridiculous

    The decision to constantly push in-app updates is the worst thing citi could have done. The application update usually hangs and requires a clean install. Most of the times I can never use it when I need to. Whoever thought of pushing the updates internally within the app instead of doing it via the AppStore really needs to be fired.

  • Does what it needs 'But'

    Overall does the required banking needs. A little buggy when signing in. And notifications you cannot get rid off and there is no way after reading the notification to make read.
