  • Fast and easy to use

    Once you get a feel for this app it’s very easy to use. Making payments and transfers is much faster. Easy to follow steps with a bold and bright colour scheme.
  • Useless app

    Always crashes after I type login & password always goes back to my iPhone home screen. Useless!!

  • Unable to transfer fund to other bank

    Whenever I use Citibank app to transfer fund to my other bank, it always shows “invalid payee” error message. It does not happen when I use internet explorer to transfer fund. Waste of my time logging in via app.
  • Not customer helpful

    I am overseas and unable to use OTP due to battery issue.
    I did not bring my singapore SMS Phone .
    Trying to reach Citibank with this app for help and is useless.
  • None of the payment methods work

    PayNow ought to be the simplest way to send funds in Singapore. However it only lets you pick from people in your address book and not enter a phone number or UEN (for a business) so there’s no way to pay a business.
    When I had occasion to transfer money to another account at Citibank in Singapore I fiddled through all the screens only to get the message “your payment cannot be completed at this time”.
    It shows your balances, 2 stars for that. For everything else, useless.

  • Piece of crap app crashes

    Citibank really need to to a better job before releasing app software. 5 yr olds could write a better app. App crashes every time I go to view Manage Payments. Citibank...fire your product manager and developers

  • Maybe the best banking app

    I’ve used many apps from many banks and this is about as good as I’ve seen. It has been built up over time to where it’s quite good now. It’s the only part of banking with citi that isn’t terrible.
  • Easy to use

    The complaints on OTP are prob user error, it’s an easy to use app.
  • Better than it used to be

    No ability to submit a request for help online. The help section says to call or send snail mail, which is very frustrating. The big banks will do everything to avoid talking to their customers.
