Useless App
I recently bought a new iphone and when i activate my account into this device, i get an error telling me i'm not authorised to use this app. Whoever designed this system, he is such a stupid dumb person. Really stupid and dumb... And i'm saying it again "stupid, dumb moron!"

I can't even get to use this app. It's asking for an activation code that I don't have and there's no option of asking for one.

It's not working after updating to ios 6, please update the application, it's useless now.
Telex Transfer does not work!
I tried to transfer money to a non-Mashreq beneficiary from my list and the transfer was rejected. It asked me to enter a 'purpose of payment.' There is no option in your iPhone app to enter purpose of payment, and that's why the transfer does not go through. Please fix it!

A great tool, a must for any mashreq bank client iPhone user.

Easy to setup and use. Plenty of features including, transaction history, transfers (to mashreq accounts only), bill payments (including Salik) and account servicing.
The only annoyance I've found is not being able to name or label my accounts. It's hard to tell the difference between them when I don't refer to them by account number
