Having received the e-mail broadcast I looked forward to installing this app.
The GUI design is shamefully poor - very badly designed look and feel. Just go to any of the more popular app's and please get yourselves a decent graphic designer on board.
I Tried to use it for a utility payment and it doesn't even list my beneficiaries.
This app is poorly conceived, badly developed and clearly hasn't been tested by anyone.
This is hardly a good start for a retail bank that is trying to become customer centric and promote the use of mobile technology.

After update never worked , seems that ads are more beatiful than really is as usual .never tested the app before release ... Sorry sir !!!!
App does not launch!
Tried to launch the App a few times without any success. Even after a reboot it still does not open. They need to do some serious work to keep up with the technology. I guess its Dubai!
