App is defaulting to Arabic with no English language option
Even when the language works, you canโt set up anything online.

Don't update!
I have been using this App for a while now and since the update on the 3rd of October, it doesn't load up,
I get 3 alerts which I reject (location, Siri and notifications). Then it goes to the loading screen showing that it takes longer than normal, then simply hangs!
If you creat or update an App make sure it works, test it, test it and test it again!
Very poor quality as usual from this bank!

I'm sure that whomever developed this App for you can share reports of potentially how many less users have used it since the update, so pay attention to yours customers and maybe just maybe you will get some loyalty.

Very unreliable if you need to bank on the go.

The app doesn't load after the latest update! This app is the only way I have to check on my account balances so it's not acceptable that I can't even log in

Old - outdated - terrible interface
This App has been the same since it was launched while Emirates NBD App is far better.
*Apple touch enabled (to log in)
*Better graphics and much more user friendly
*Deposit cheques through the App
Mashreq was ahead but now is way behind the race in the UAE.
