  • Missing something!

I am a recent BB convert. I was surprised to find that the iPhone version does not support multiple lines. I have 2 landlines at home and I could collect messages from both on the BB version. Who would have thunk?
  • Decent app but needs improvement

Had this app for a while now it works ok but could use some work. When deleting voicemails on phone it doesnt always delete on office phone. It would also be nice if you could mark messages as new after they were listened to. The alert noise for new messages is barely audible, it would be great if you could select your own alert tone and if it had reminder alerts until you check the message. The time stamps on messages are sometimes wrong too.

  • Need Option to Save Pin ??

In new version they should put option to save PIN in settings same as they have in HOME VM App.
  • Frustratingly glitchy!!!

C'mon AT&T this is pathetic! Date stamps are incorrect most of the time, "mark as unread" button hardly works at all, sync button takes multiple tries to actually sync.... You would think that a major telecom provider would have no problem whatsoever in creating a seamless application between their flagship device and a business line. Makes me wonder why I do business with AT&T...

  • Works ok but needs a little more

The app seems to work well but with one major flaw. I can't access two different mailboxes on the same number without deleting the settings and selecting the other box each time. On the fly switching between mailboxes would be awesome.
  • So-so for VM but can't see my faxes

I downloaded this app because AT&T chooses to forward my incoming faxes as multi-page TIFF files — a far less ubiquitous and universally supported format than, say, a PDF. I find this quite odd. Anyhow, being able to see the occasional fax from my low-tech clients/relatives is the reason I downloaded this app. All this POS can do right now is display my voicemails the same way Visual Voicemail works on the iPhone. Some folks may find that useful. I do not. I hope the new version enables viewing/saving/forwarding of facsimiles; otherwise, I'll have no use for it.

  • Nice job, ATT...

I got the same response--"it's only supported by our residential customers."

Update: It now works fine. You have to enter the actual phone number, not the voicemail box number, but I had no problem changing the phone number without deleting and re-installing. Very useful app.
  • Awesome!

This App is the best! We'll now know when we have voice messages on our business line, even when we're closed. We'll be able to check messages from any where as well as call back right away. I'm looking for an increase in business due to a faster response time in getting back to customers. Well done At&t!

  • Works well but confusing to set up

Aside from the somewhat confusing instructions this is a great app. You cannot change the tel number once the app is populated; you must delete and repopulate. I believe some of the complaints I read on the home version are due to populating the mobile number rather than the home number. Once the home number and home voicemail password are given it works very well.

  • Ridiculous!

Why is this in the App store? It doesn't work for business customers, but I wasted an hour or more trying before finally writing to AT&T about it, and then getting this response:

"Currently this App is not available for Business customers. The App for Business is in the App Store for future deployment, but as of right know it is only available to our Residential customers. We apologize for the inconvenience."

    Huh?
