One step forward two steps back
Inkling has repeatedly over the past few years updated a usable app into an essentially broken one for weeks to months before fixing it. The current iPad app just got updated to the iPhone version, which does NOT work well on the iPad and has frequently crashed on me opening a chapter. Worst app ever
I paid a fortune for a textbook and you’re telling me I can’t even download it onto my laptop? I have to use this stupid app that I can’t even write in or highlight. This is literally the worst app ever and I will never purchase a book from this site again. I am for sure telling all my medical school friends that need to buy textbooks to avoid this app as well. Update messed up the search function
Word search function doesn’t work after the latest update. I’m using an iPad Pro . Can you roll back the latest update?

So many crashes after downloads only
Now it just crashes after I select download only view. What a crappy update. Super annoyed I have to redownload everything to get it from not crashinggarminfitness

Disappointed
I have been using this app for long time and it was fairly good when I first used it (apart from some annoying issues in photo imaging). Unfortunately, it got worse and worse to the point where I cannot use it at all now. In addition to the many faulty issues that other reviewers pointed out here, now, I cannot even open any e-book I bought and downloaded in my book library! It just says loading when I open any title with empty white page. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but no change. I am very disappointed with this and stopped buying from the store anymore. Now I’m forced to use other apps to buy and download medical books and what’s really upsetting is that I cannot read my already purchased books in this app anymore, and they’re not cheap books. I was really hoping this app be as professional and efficient as it should be, but unfortunately it drifted away from that path. I still have hope that they can fix it and improve it significantly, soon.Show lessalbolqani
Full of glitches
I have yet to actually open a single page in any of my books on this app. Every time I try to click on a picture or infographic, the app completely shuts down and I have to reopen and try again with no luck. It’s a terrible waste of space on my iPad, which is sad because it could be used as a great resource to help me study for med school.Show lessakasraii
Never again
Heavily used this app to read and reference texts since medical school, throughout residency and fellowship, and now as an attending. Over the years it has become increasingly less user friendly. Now it just crashes on all my iOS devices. Never again. After months of this app becoming universally unstable have decided to purchase comparable titles from a competitor, who after I explained my issues with Inkling issued me a $200 voucher.Show lessDrGhaedi
Utterly TERRIBLE

Completely broke, again, after latest update
Every time they release an “update” I dread what’s going to be broken this time. The latest 6.3 completely breaks the app, pictures are missing from all books, and if you click on one it crashes. Scrolling through my library it crashes. Do anything, it crashes.MarcusBBB
