Won’t return fund when flight cancelled
I booked my flight on C-trip early in March but my flight was cancelled by the airline company. C-trip refused to return my fund whereas people I know who booked the same flight from different platforms got their refund back. DO NOT USE, IT’S A SCAM
They always add on extra charge when you check out and the price is always higher than what they first show you. Once you paid and notice the price different, they refuse to refund.
