Terrible new interface for flight booking
The experience has been good until the recent update. The recent update has created a new user interface in flight booking, changing my initial flight selection and resulting in a wrong booking. The company refused to compensate for the consequential rebooking fee.Wil918

Fishy and terrible customer service
Bought a connecting flight, but the two trips were not actually connected and the luggage cannot be forwarded to its final destination. That cost us extra time and money since we flight internationally. Customer service was not helpful at all.Janny F2456
