It works!
Now I finally know that cord is an F#m9.
Simple helpful
It is what the name says-figure out what a chord is simply by putting the notes in. Any tuning, any number of notes. Great musician tool and fun to use to learn the fret board and chord structures.
Happy Happy Joy Joy
This app has been one of my most favorite and shared apps I’ve ever bought and that’s not hyperbole. I should’ve wrote a review much sooner but I’m going to write one now.I do so many weird cords and voicing this really helps me to quickly jot them down and put them in a pattern to make sure it’s something I want before recording.

Brilliant App
As The title says...Brilliant App...‘nuff said...just buy it...worth every penny.
Looking for the name of that strange chord you invented?
I'm always coming up with weird and wonderful chord shapes that I’m unable to identify. That's where this app comes in.
Very useful indeed!
Very useful indeed!
Alternate tunings/capo settings very helpful
I appreciate the updates! This is a really useful app. Thanks!
Perfect.
It
Supremely useful!
Works as advertised - multiple instruments can be set up since you can set number of strings - really, really great!
Disappointed
I took a chance and purchased this app thinking it would be able to identify the chord I was playing by sound. It cannot. I wish I could get a refund. My advice is be careful what you purchase from Apple...you may be stuck with it.
Needs some work.
I like the concept. Needs help on the iPad. Doesn’t have all chord names. Doesn’t have a way to play back a series of chords (like Chord Suggester).
