  • Doesn’t work

    Display doesn’t come up properly
  • I use it for posture

I set it to ring a bunch and then any time it goes off, I reset myself to good posture and do a breathing exercise. Life is better because of this app.

My only wish is for it to be able to set more alarms but I imagine that may be a system limit.
  • Great timer!

    Great app to remind me.
However, I wish it’s completely free.
  • Brilliant app

I’ve paid the small sum for the extra bells as it’s well worth it. Thank you guys for a great little mindfulness app
  • It is perfect

I am a motivational speaker and a trans personal empowerment coach.

This is perfect for my own personal exercises as well as taking on the road for my seminars.

Simple easy to use completely flexible a pathway to the now
  • Bell is silent when phone is locked

The bell sound is perfect but when the phone locks there is no sound.
  • Volume control works very poorly.

Volume doesn’t work on app. The quiet bell is too quiet and the regular bell too loud. Loudness of bell does not respond to volume buttons on my iphone xr.

Also, the limit on the number of bells is annoying. It makes it very difficult to set up your bell for the entire day. I find it hard to understand what software limitation creates such a stringent limit on the total number of bells

  • Bell time

Great app but the only thing I would like to adjust the amount of time of the bell
  • Stopped Working

I don’t know what happened. This bell doesn’t even ring once now. I had absolutely no trouble with this app and then suddenly it was gone. Too bad I can’t get some troubleshooting done. Really loved using it during meditation.
  • The Best One at the Best Price!

“I just sit by the river selling water” - saying of some Zen master.

The above phrase must have captured the imagination of a whole bunch of people who now sell mindfulness apps with ridiculous subscription prices. Those might be useful for beginners, but once you know how to meditate in a few different ways, you have it for life, and all you need is this app. This is the one to get for simplicity, but it is also highly configurable. For people who want to do the “Stop” exercise at random points, this one is also good.

The only improvement might be to connect the app to log meditation time to the Apple Health app, which has a mindfulness log function. Otherwise this one is perfect in its Zen simplicity.
