I purchased this app for my iPad. I got the yearly upgrade. I have emailed twice now to see if the upgraded bells can go on to my iPhone. No answers given.kcon55

Nice features but keeps crashing
I liked this so bought access to the full range of bells (£1.99 per year). But I just tried the timer setting so you can make it ring a bell at a selected frequency and it won’t work, the app just keeps crashing :( it’s a shame as otherwise a nice app that I was glad to discover______ap
No sounds
It is not working - the bell is not ringing. I have used this app very successfully for some time on my previous phone. It then stopped working. I have downloaded it again on my new phone that has ios16 and it is not ringing. Such a shame.

Very buggy & doesn’t even bell sometimes
It’s very hard to meditate when you keep wondering whether the app will actually sound the bell this time or not!!! When the screen is locked, sometimes the app rings the bell and others doesn’t. Thought maybe because it was on silent and made sure it isn’t, still very moody performance!
Also if you have the mindfulness reminders on, you cannot use the meditation timer unless you cancel the former! Very strange.. I know it’s free which is why two stars, but come on…Show lessJeraya
Stuck
I get exactly one screen with the settings I originally chose. I can find no way to change the settings or even to access additional paid options if I were to want them. Aside from that, I’ve been happy with the performance of the app.try2Bmidf
Doesn’t make sound
I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps twice, and this still won’t make sounds when the phone is locked. Hoping the developers can find something that works consistently with iOS updatesbasic instructions
Great, but
Nice app, but only for stars for two reasons. One, the basic chime sound has a lot of background hiss in it. Second, you can’t set the chime to ring when do not disturb is on. there is now a list of apps that iOS allows this, but this app is not one of them.Actually works as described
Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t work.
I downloaded this app a few years ago. Then it just stopped making any sound. I forgot I still have the app on my phone because it never works. Yes, it’s scheduled to work. Yes, the volume is on. It just doesn’t make any sounds. I tried going to the help link bit that just takes you to advertisement for their “top 6 apps” and then loops you right back to the App Store. So, yeah… there is no app support and the app doesn’t work.Show lessnifer.b
