Somewhat frustrating app
This app and service is selected and paid for by my employer. Each time I open the app, the sign in box moves farther down the screen until I am unable to type in the fields to log in. If I stay logged in and simply close the app, I get an error message when I reopen it. On iPhone 12 Pro Max I’m unable to turn on notifications, so I must log in frequently to check for new mail. Not able to open or see attachments in mobile. Unable to attach anything to a reply, must start a new thread. Not a good user experience at all.Show lessBri6522
Can’t sign in anymore
I’m guessing that after the new “improvements” the app signed me out. I always used face ID to login, but now it doesn’t do that, and trying to reset my password doesn’t work. It gives me error messages and makes it impossible to get back into the app.
I guess I will delete and move onto something else. Before this I didn’t hate the app; it was simple to use but it is no use to me if I can’t sign in.Show lesscrystalv82
