It would be a great product, if it ever worked!
Prior to the latest iOS update, I really liked this app. However, it now repeatedly crashes or will not open at all. Now utterly useless. Two calls to tech support, to no avail. Last call was simply transferred multiple times until I landed in voicemail.
It's okay....
I like this app and the program the only problem with this app that I don't like is that when I don't want to type the keyboard doesn't go down and so I get angry because I can't see what the tutor typed.
Poorly designed
Should have a similar interface to the online version, and have an easy to use locker to upload photos of problems from your camera roll, it doesn't let me upload them at all, and it never asked for access to my camera roll. So it must not be set up yet.
Fraud website to avoid
Iam a professor yet my application is rejected for a reason that one has to be a graduate on Fall 2014.
What a condition?
It lets you fill a 4pages application with your real address+phone+...
Then the system simply rejects your application and can't login anymore.
Totally avoid.
Iam to report them.

Has some issues
Every time I start the app, it crashes so I have to open it again. The second time I open it, it works pretty well. The tutors are really nice, and teach you instead of giving you answers. I have had this app crash a few times during a session, but other than that it is really helpful.

Awesome app BUT...
It always crashes and my tutor doesn't get my messages after like 5 min and so I don't get to finish my problem. Also my previous sessions never get saved and the locker doesn't save my photos so I can't use them. Please fix fast so I can use this app.😁😁😁
App would be great but it is ALWAYS collapsing
This app could be great, but it ALWAYS collapses during my sessions. And when the app collapses, I cannot continue the session. So my tutor explains to me half the problem, and then the app collapses, and there is no way to continue the session. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app, and I have the newest iOS. SO ANNOYING
