BROKEN
This app used to function well, until the iOS 8 update... Now when you try to connect to a tutor, the menu to select your subject area wont even open. Please fix because the way it is now, you cant even use the app for its intended purpose.
Great idea, terrible app
Okay, the website is wonderful. It has helped me so much in math. If you're struggling it is such a blessing! However, the app is awful. It crashes so you can't even connect with a tutor. The app is pointless, and terribly made. The set up is fine, but it doesn't matter because you can't use it. If they fixed that I would give it more stars.

Really helps
From the reviews I was very reluctant to use this app (suddenly it's my life story) but I really needed help and decided to download it anyway. Ive only had a few sessions within the years ive had it (i have un downloaded it once or twice and re downloaded it again) and have only used it for my math work but as far as I can tell it works. Im a junior in high school so this really is a big help to me.

Crashing
This app sometimes crashes on me in the middle of my session and I feel so bad that I'm not able to connect to my tutor back again. I can only connect up to one tutor at a time. All I did is clicked on a URL from the chat box and scrolled down quickly and it crashed on me. Please fix this problem ASAP.

No college options
There is no option for college students on the app! I always have to choose 12th grade and the tutor is always confused as to why I'm asking a higher education academic questions and ALWAYS have to explain myself!!!
HORRIBLE.
This app on the phone is straight up horrible; The app glitches all the time. It tells me mobile access isn't permitted, but I just got out of a session from mobile ? plus, from what I know you can't even use the whiteboard ! don't waste time with this app, go on the computer and use that version. wayyy better

I can't even rate it cause it doesn't even open up for me. I've deleted it three times and redownloaded it but it still hasn't worked. FIX IT PLZ. LIKE NOW!!!
Awesome
This app along with it's amazing live tutors has helped me solve those impossible math problems given on homework by my cruel teacher. (Jk) honestly though, the tutors work with you as long as you need and even provide visual aid. Love the ability to upload photos as well so tutors can see the work you've made and your progress, as well as the original problem and directions.

Pretty good
I think this app is very useful. The tutors are great are extremely helpful. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes when I try to click the connect button it won't click!!! Please update!!!
Drawn Problems
The idea for a Tutor app is great, the website has been helpful for me for quite some time. The only thing that could really improve the effectiveness of the app would be if there could be an option to use your itouch, ipad, etc to draw out the problems and the whiteboard rather than sending a picture which can be frustrating. Please consider making this adjustment
