App kaputt?
Der ios10 "upgrade" scheint der App schwer zugesetzt zu haben. Man kann Tickets nicht mehr im vorhinein kaufen. Dies sollte so bald wie möglich korregiert werden.
Why in English?
Just because I download the app in an English-speaking country it doesn't mean I don't/won't speak German. Why no choice of language MVV? Only 2 stars because I don't like being pigeonholed. Not user friendly when you do this!
You'd wouldn't think a free app could be a rip-off
... But this one cost me 60 euros. You can't buy tickets in advance on this app. God knows why. But it will happily trick you into thinking you have, at least until an inspector asks you to produce it. Then you find the truth: you can do a search for connections 10 months into the future, day, time and everything. But when you click "buy", the ticket they sell you is valid starting now--and expires in three hours.
This is incompetence verging on dishonesty. I'd think it was intentional, but everything else about the UI is so poorly thought out and executed, I guess the designers have just never met a human before.
Use the app. It serves a necessary function. But be careful!

Only in "perfect" scenarios
App is inaccurate. Only useful for times from Monday to Friday from 9 to 9 or so. Does not show accurate times for changes like Sundays or early mornings or late nights! The times when things are irregular!

Diese App hat keine Möglichkeit, das Passwort zu Resetten. Wirklich nicht! Ich habe die Entwickler angerufen: “Wir sind nur die Entwickler.” Ich soll die MVV anrufen. Stell mal vor - ich soll die MVV anrufen (das wird spaßig sein) um mein Passwort zu Resetten, weil die Entwickler sowas aus dem Entwickler-Kindergarten nicht eingebaut haben.

Date function error
This could be a handy app if it worked properly. Trying to purchase a ticket I am not able to set a validity date. A) the days are not shown, only 3 dots ...
B) any setting I roll to returns (rolls) back to today's date.
This makes the app useless. Schade.
