Couldn’t find my previous orders

The latest app update appears to have removed access to previous orders for quick reordering. Also makes it difficult to redeem rewards once you’ve started an order.

Good tacos cumbersome app

Good tacos but the app is cumbersome and buggy. Harder to use than almost every other food app. Why do I need to set up an entire account and profile if I’m going to be paying with Apple pay?

Love the food, hate the app

I always have trouble with the app. Todays fun was getting to the very end and trying to set a pick up time after 12pm and was not allowed to. So I’m eating lunch a lot earlier than I wanted. Not so convenient.

Why does the rewards program never work!

I’ve been coming here off and on for years, and every time I’ve come the last two or three years, the app never gives me rewards, and it loses any points I ever had. It’s very frustrating.
The food is always good and the staff is always helpful and friendly, but often they don’t know how or why the program doesn’t work.

Data wipe

All the data I had entered disappeared for no reason. Took 15 minutes to re-populate. Super frustrating.

Good food. Bad app.

App constantly crashes and forgets login/payment data, forcing me to re-enter. I just want a taco!

Please include the email address you use to login into the app, and if you can, the day it happened along with any screenshots that you might have. Hope to hear from you soon, and with your support, get you the tacos you want without any issues.

DT good food, meh app

There are lots of options for each order type, which is good. However, the app displays them in a single column list with tons of white space in between so you have to scroll and scroll and scroll just to place an order for one item. It only saves entire orders for re-order, so if you sometimes order for two people and some times only for one you have to re-enter all over again.

Thanks for the review and letting us know! As your problem isn't whats expected, we'd love to get more information on this. Please email us at taco@districttaco.com with some screenshots of the white space/scrolling problem you see and we will do our best to have it resolved. It does sound convenient to be able choose one item from a previous order and create a new order with it. Maybe even set up a list of District Taco items the way you like them and pick from your own favorites?! Thanks again, we hear you and appreciate your input!
