Sorry to hear your initial attempt at reaching our customer service was not successful. Please use the email taco@districttaco.com to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist on getting your previous purchases and credit into your account. We hope this was a minor oversight when migrating data into our new system. Rest assured all previous spend and credit was intended to carry over into our new loyalty program for all of our taco loving customers. Hope to hear from you soon
