Not a fan of the app

I have been subscribing for over a decade but I trouble accessing issues of any date. While I understand that some older issues may not be available, I cannot even get the current or last issue. And The app is always asking me to “purchase” an issue.

Should be a recipe box

This app should have a recipe book type feature where you can search the full catalogue of recipes. I don’t think as many people are interested in just reading old magazines on their phone as would be in having a way to easily search and access recipes.

Useless for finding recipes

I subscribe for the recipes- this app is pretty much just a collection of the articles. If there is a way to search recipes it was certainly not intuitive.

Content is great…when you can get it

Beware that this APP will suddenly stop allowing you to access your newest issues. The support team has been very responsive in sending me the issues but cannot figure out what is causing the problem.

Long time reader of other magazines but…

I love F&W for its simplicity and its balance between culinary, beverage and trends. I have subscribed to other magazines both in print and virtual but F&W always delivers inspirational menus and ideas.

I have strong Wi-Fi and it says no connection try again later. I’ve reloaded the app, restarted iPad and nothing. Had print subscription for years and love the content NOT the app. Super glitchy and buggy.

Access not available

Not sure what I am doing incorrectly, but the app will not let me sign in nor will it allow me to read any magazines even after I subscribed. Seems like a waste of money to me.

App problems

Good publication, but terrible support for the app. Each year when you pay/ renew your subscription I unable to get the new magazines. Had the same problem last year.

Good luck with Support!!!!

If you like this publication, save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just get the printed version. F&W is no help, nor is Apple!

Do not like the new format

The new format of the app is absolutely horrible, all my favorite recipes went away, and I have 6 years worth of them stored! I am not sure whose idea it was , web news is annoying too , I would rather have the magazine with all its previous bells and whistles , favorites, page review, back button...also can’t make an issue purchase ..
