Prompt results!

Baptist app is very easy to navigate through.
The patient’s relatives feel at ease (based on my experience) with the prompt results of our beloved family (patient). The patient’s results are accurate and easy to understand.

Lovely front desk receptionist

Just went to a new foot surgeon today. Dr. Justin Weatherall. Very informative, kind and compassionate young doctor. Love his office staff however, I was impressed with Enzo at the front desk. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He had at least 4 patients waiting to check in and he was calm and kind to all of us. So, kudos to Enzo. It’s a tough job sometimes. 👍

PineApp is improved

At first released it was so darn clunky. Now it still has some glitches and relatively lon delay loading data. Keep polishing the program and integrate with Doximity, labcorp, and other programs and you have a winner. Cross platform development is essential to best outcomes.

Pine App needs an update

I saw a Baptist Dr in 2020 and I now saw a UM Dr in 2024 and I wasn’t able to show him my test results from that Baptist visit.

Why: because I had to remember When I went to see the doctor with in a 6month windows for the lab and diagnostic results to be searchable.

This vs other apps that just show you, your results.

Please advise if your looking into correcting that. Why do we as patients have to remember a time of consult to see our records in the app.

Issues with messaging

I’ve had issues sending messages to my providers since I first started using the PineApp. It appears to have recently been resolved, for which I am very grateful. Aside from that, I think it’s great! I love having access to all my records and appointments in one place.

Slow app

The app is slow and the notifications that pop up and block the view of what you’re trying to look at, sometimes aren’t removed when you click the “x”.

Declined

Previously was able to see lab results and compare. Now, can search labs during six month time frames only. Makes it very difficult to find previous lab results if you don’t know dates you had them done.

Too many bugs; doesn't work

This app has been awful for me... I have had it over a year and it glitches and does not work 99.9% of the time.
It always shows a message stating that the medical records system is down, and I cannot request any appts or refills.... it is extremely frustrating.
I have deleted it and re- downloaded it multiple times to see if that would resolve the issue and it has not.

Unable to access

A lot of the app is fine but diagnostic reports has been showing an error message for the past month. Their new web site is the same (I was directed there by a Baptist Pine App employee). Older reports from January, once available by the app, are not not showing up. The old portal worked fine..
Medication refills and Contact physician lands on a chat bot which redirects you to menui items not available.

Very Easy To Navigate

I love that I can get info on my health by just utilizing my face id!

I had a couple procedures done on Saturday and already got my results, without having to wait until I go to the doctor.
