Excellent App, highly recommend
This app is garbage now
One feature that's a complete waste of time, is the redirect of packages to another address. It's available in the app. But the last two times I used it, my packages went from my city, to another part of the country. Had to wait another week for it to get back to my city. Then another two days for them to re-process it and send it to the designated address. And according to Canada Post, they can't even guarantee it will be re-directed. So why even bother giving us the option?? Again. WASTE OF TIME.
The last package never got to me. Shipper had to resend a replacement for the replacement. And Canada Post managed to mess that up too. According to the app, it was delivered...to the wrong address, AGAIN. So now I have to wait IF the people who got it, will even ship it back out. And because of Canada Post's mess up, I have to jump through hoops again to get a replacement. CP. GOING DOWN HILL. With no sign of improvement. 🤦🏻♂️

No Details
In the USA the postal service system scans the mail and sends images of what is to arrive today. This is just a waist of my time.
