Frustrating to use
Time and time again it happens. If I open a document I cannot go back to the main screen to log out and eventually have to delete the app altogether.
Needs work
Can’t use password managers like Bitwarden to login so hard to login easily. Needs touch or Face ID. Prefer a fully native app for slicker responsiveness.
Crashing App. Needs update!
App now just crashes when trying to log in. No functionality to paste login details from a password manager.
Can’t even get in!
Given you can’t even paste your password from a password manager to log in, this app is a waste of time!!
User Unfriendly
Very unhelpful to use, not mobile friendly
At all. Fields don’t recognise the cursor and don’t easily allow paste. The lag in being able to paste Authenticator codes means it’s often deleted causing your codes to expire before the app has registered them. Once you finally log in, the interface is similar to the website and no helpful features

Worst super app
One of the worst app that I have come across. Even a college student can make better than this app. I just feel pity that superannuation company management has no time to read the reviews and instead just focusing time on doing business with no customer comfort. Really sad to see such a poor way of showcasing customers super. You lost me. Sorry I will be moving my super to anothe company

HUB24 needs update
Logging in is not a smooth experience. This app needs a serious update. Inability to paste or have the password input from the IOS password manager or use Face ID is not conducive to using this app. In the financial world no updates for more that 3 years is concerning.
Rubbish app
No face ID for simple login
Cant copy/paste the password from MS authenticator and by the time you swap screens the password has timed out.
Tried the contact us feature on the website and it wont allow me to send cos it says my account number is invalid when its the right number
Nothing is easy or helpful - its a struggle just to find my account balance.
For a financial services app this is a D grade effort.

Seriously Disappointing
Considering you’re managing people’s retirement, please invest in having an actual native app that is useful and easier to log in using onboard device security like Face ID. It’s literally useless having this app on your phone. Disappointed customer…
Please fix this app!
Can’t log in properly, stalls, just an extremely basic app which doesn’t stand up to other finance hubs. Please invest in this for your members!
