its ok once you get it to open

App looks ok when in , but the messing around to log in each time, and unable to copy paste info at sign in makes it a bit 1990 Nintendo folks - and don’t ask about response time - it’s Glacial.

New to HUB24 but questioning why

Came from Spaceship to HUB24. Purely due to financial advice. However, being a millennial who works in tech, I find it extremely painful, not to mention a bit concerning, that a company handling people’s retirements puts this out to their customers with what looks like no ongoing support. For all the reasons listed by others, but most importantly, if you are handling people’s retirements, a solid web and app presence with basic functionality is a must.
Please invest in this, hire a designer and native developer and revamp your app. I’m seeing that this hasn’t been updated in years and it’s concerning that my retirement is sitting here.

You can do better HUB24

HUB24 is such a solid platform but this app is a nightmare to access it. I haven't seen an update for years so now I just log in via the internet as it won't prefill from my secure password manager any longer. A plea for improvement please or don't have an app at all. App is just not worthy of the product.

Disappointing

Very poor effort at a mobile app. No update for 3 years! Logs you out each time the app is closed. This wouldn’t be an issue if you could paste a password from a password manager (1password in my case) but it doesn’t allow this. Every other financial services app I use on my iPhone uses FaceID but not this one. It’s in desperately need of an update. The actual utility of the app is like looking at the web site without any extra tools. I’m not impressed with the actual site as a tool for monitoring my Superannuation. I’ll speak to my Financial Advisor about changing to something more useful. Meanwhile I’ve just saved the Web page to my Home Screen. Much easier and works with my password manager.

Difficult to use

It is very frustrating having to log in every time you want to use the app. This app needs to get with the times and add Face ID or equivalent. The app itself is not aesthetically pleasing and it isn’t user friendly. I have no idea how to use this app or even how to learn how to use it. I genuinely have no clue how to invest my money which is not ideal for an investment app. It does not suit Apple products.

App needs work

Hub24 is a solid platform but as others have noted the app is lacking. Slow to respond and frequent crashes make it a real pain to use.

Trash.

Mobile site poorly rendered in an app. Near impossible to even log in, can’t even get through sign in process.

Oh Dear…

My advisor said moving to HUB24 would be a good thing but so far it’s very underwhelming. The mobile app doesn’t look like a native app, more like a web-view of the desktop platform shoved into an app, which hasn’t been updated for a year. No biometrics (Face/Touch ID) so have to type long complicated password to access (stored in a password manager, can’t even copy/paste). A number of other issues that I’ll have to take up with my advisor too. Sigh, it’s hard to get good help these days…

Still in need of basic functionality

As a mobile app, I expect not to have to log in every time I use it. This is just the website skinned as an app, which also brings some accessibility issues into play - the size and layout doesn’t work on a small screen and make it difficult to navigate. The resulting display of the font is very thin and small, making it difficult to read.
There are many great reasons to use an app over a website, but the lack of a specific mobile experience with persistent login (or at least Face ID/PIN login options) and accessibility issues render this one pointless.

Needs desperate improvement

This app is essentially a skin for a web page and has been developed with zero care for the end user experience. It is slow, unresponsive at times and does not take advantage of any platform features, such as Face ID/Touch ID for sign in, as an example. Please consider developing a native version and improving the functionality and overall experience.
