I have been using this online booking service for 10 years now and it is amazing! Only 2 or 3 times in the whole 10 years was there a short glitch the system was down and resumed very promptly with no loss of appts or info. I highly recommend!Nicole Bling

Honestly this is the biggest pain to set up and it’s very inconsistent. Everyone is better off using GlossGenius. It only took me a few minutes to set up compared to DaySmart where it took me almost a week. DaySmart requires a computer to create/edit your website. GlossGenius has everything done from your phone, it’s super quick and simple, and the booking site is much more aesthetically pleasing and easier to use from a client’s prospective. Seriously please save your time and money and download GlossGenius because it’s amazing. I now understand why so many people are switching over!Show lessShhh babe it's okay
Great app
I really like having DaySmart available to me. It allows me to keep track of my days appointments and or cancellations. Also, I am prepared for my work day ahead of time which I find very helpful !Pushinplatnium
Had hopes for this app
I downloaded this app last month on a free trial to see if I liked it or not. Hours after downloading and browsing the creator or whoever he is called me and tried to get me set up with a payment device for free and update me to the latest software for for for the month. I ended up getting charged for the first month service anyway and then never received the device I was told I would get even after giving out information that I could’ve kept to myself. Wasted hours out of multiple days talking to me to never get me what was said. Then after I’ve tried to get a refund on 3 different accounts after I was told I would and still nothing. Yeah it’s only $26 but I’m a small business and need everything back I worked for!! Don’t recommend this app at all especially if you are a nail tech. There was not option for me to add pics of services or nothing. I’ll stick with square for free. No unexpected charges and no lies. Fix the app
Ever since the iOS 16 update I can’t open or edit tickets from my phone. And y’all charge way too much for the only solution to this problem to be completely resetting the phone. I refuse to sacrifice losing settings I’ve had on my phone for yearssssss just to have one app work the way it’s paid to work. I hope the next update to the app fixes this problemShow lessCassUhTude
