Find a continuous new ways to be sneaky year after year

They’ll log you out anytime there’s a coordinated pump or dump. They’re sneaky, their tools don’t work sometimes conveniently against your favor. Apple even keeps downgrading their options on App Store reflecting the same sentiment

The app is good overall. It offers many options, and the AI makes bot setup very easy.
However, there is no way to monitor what the bot is doing in real time on a chart or graph when using a Binance sub-account.
If this feature existed, the experience would be much better. Aside from that, the app works well.

That limitation comes from how Binance structures sub-account data and what they expose. The bot still runs fine, but the live visual tracking you get on normal accounts isn’t available there yet. We’ve already flagged this to the product team because a lot of traders rely on charts to read the bot’s behavior. Your feedback helps push it forward, so thanks for calling it out. If you ever want to double check how your bot is acting in the meantime, you can still see full deal logs, entries, exits, and safety orders inside the app. Happy to help if you need a quick walkthrough.

Update: customer service still ask g if I need support and the bug has cropped up again and again…I’m looking elsewhere and I suggest new users reconsider.

Specifically “jojo” telling me that a serious issue I’m having after 2 years as a customer is not an app issue. Look elsewhere this team doesn’t care about your service

Not worth it!

3Commas worked well during the free 2-week trial. They automatically charge your card for the full year ($455+) after the 14th day, which would have been fine if their website worked. The bots I had set up could no longer be edited and I was unable to create new bots because of an internal site error that said “Something went wrong. We haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause of this error.” I reached out to customer service, they made me record videos of the error, open up coding on my screen and eventually (after 5 days of asking them to help) said “there is no issue on our end.” I removed my wallets and cancelled my services with them. Use any other app to avoid this headache. They clearly do not have proper tech support on the backend and def not worth the cost.
