App not loading
The app is great but I couldn’t get the app to load on my phone for about a month straight so I had to use the browser! It’s working now though!

Can’t do it anymore
This app is the absolute worst. It never works. I’ve been with 3Rivers for over a decade and I love them but unfortunately it’s time for me to find a new credit union since their app never works for me.

More than just a banking app!
Ok, when I first decided to actually look into 3 Rivers Credit union. I was actively looking for a better bank than the one I’m still at but I’m not wanting to work through them any longer. I was looking for a bank that actually cared about me (so far. Lol) but honestly. When I walked in Allie helped me right at the start. She even seen where I could actually be doing better! She gave me a straight layout of how I could manage my money! Her position there is to helping people with all their debt AND ways to get a better credit score quickly. Then on the app I can actually SEE my current credit score and even what I could do if I paid something off what my credit score would be. I am honestly really loving it so far and I’ve had it for about a month now! So go for it you’ll love it too!

Honestly one of the worst app ever to recover password or username. Same with the website.
Please improve search features
Most apps let you search for words plus between a start and end date. Currently only seems to allow searching for words or letters. And only appears to search back 60 days. Needs to be 1 prior year at minimum (think tax year) this is very important.

So inconsistent with connections. One minute it works the next it doesn’t.
And it never remembers your iPhone. You have to log back in nearly every time with a stupid code. This app is so very annoying.

Need the sign in to access it
Has worked very well for years but suddenly not able access and get the sign in, at all. Deleted app and reloaded without any change. Help would be appreciated please.

It’s very nice to be able to check my paycheck that coming in, because doing it at work is a huge pain. Also being able to transfer money to saving account easily is a life saver ❤️ thank you three rivers!

Works great until it doesn’t! Took me days to get the app to send me a password reset! Finally had to go to the branch to get it figured out! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
