The worst UX ever. Who is the dev for this terrible app? They should get fired seriously.
If I can give a zero star I would. The app won’t let you buy a ticket on guest mode. The English version is also completely different. Even a native Korean can’t order a ticket on the app. Get real developers to build something that works. It’s a shame that this app represents the high tech and advanced Korean engineering that Korail is. Fire the team and the directors who let this app go live.

Not mentioning the UX sucks, it won’t let me type password when non-member logging in. It seems like there a bug in both web and mobile.

Can get into app however when I try to change language to English I get the death circle - blank screen and nothing happens
No English translation.

몇년째 쓰레기같은 기능을 유지하는 앱
1. 승차권 발매 또는 예약 후 초기화면으로 나가야함. 예약 여러 개 걸어두려고 해도 나갔다 들어왔다 노가다해야함.
2. 마일리지 사용하려고 금액 입력했는데 내가 입력한 금액의 차액만 가능 (9600원 중 9000원 사용하려고 했더니 600원만 입력됨. 근데 또 거꾸로 600원 입력하면 600원만 입력됨.)
인사팀 보고 계시면 그냥 앱 개발부서 싹다 교체하세요. 그게 더 나을 듯.

Unfortunately most of the time a white screen. Already purchased tickets are unusable.

This is so poorly designed and written. There are no success screens. The input on the credit card field is poorly designed. When you finish the reservation process there is no success screens and it loses the language selection so you have no idea if you actually booked anything. ‘My tickets’ shows nothing even though I entered username and password and there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually sign in? I did this process twice and basically realized I’m better to just take a bus.

마일리지 사용 시 오류 있습니다
마일리지 3500점 보유 중인데 3400점만 사용하려고 하니 아무리 3400을 입력해도 100으로 바뀌어 입력됩니다. 다른 숫자들로 해보니 예를들면 1700을 입력하면 1400으로 바뀌는 등(정확한 숫자는 기억 안나서 무작위로 작성한 예시임) 마일리지 사용에 계속 오류가 있어 결국 어플이 아닌 모바일 홈페이지로 결제했더니 제대로 작동하네요. 어플 오류 수정 바랍니다.
캡쳐기능 복구기원 1일차
캡처 불가하게 해둔 이유는 이해하나 사용자 입장에서 너무 불편합니다. 시간/좌석이 뜨는 대신 캡처시 부정승차권 문구가 뜨게 하는 등 다른 방법도 있을텐데 고객에게 불편사항을 감수시키는느낌😔

Scammer app loses your ticket purchase info and then charges your card. What do you mean you bought a ticket? We don't see your ticket. Contact our customer service. Actually our customer service is not open 12pm on a Wednesday. Please come back 8am - 4pm. Bunch of clowns. They don't know. Horrible scam company.

Terrible app
I can’t believe something so clunky can be released. I just purchased two tickets. My credit card was charged. The tickets were displayed. I closed the app, open it again, and cannot retrieve the tickets. Besides that, the selection of time and date does not work. You click on time, and the day changes. This app should be shut down.

A long story of an app
This app has a long history of being total garbage.
But in my opinion it is getting better year by year, just 3 years ago the app was a total nightmare for international users, and now as they rebuilt their website they also changed the app (the app is basically a webbrowser showing only this website).
Now the translations make sense, buttons are actually not hidden behind the battery widget, and payments work. The app still has a long way to go (compared to apps like DB Navigator by the german railway company), but it is better now!

No problems
Booked 3 sets of tickets through the app without any problems. Checkout is a bit of a hassle because there’s no cart so you need to go through the full checkout for every separate journey but otherwise no issues with the app
