Apparently Trip.com site doesn’t operate between 11pm to 8am China time
But their site never mentioned this and kept telling me “choose another train to book” .
So I did try on a number of trains, but none of them working.
Meanwhile, they took my money immediately, but the refund will take 5-7 days when the purchase failed.
So now Trip.com holds all my money, is this how they finance their operations?
