Get rid of the pop up and timed ads. Stops you using the app when you have to get to your tickets.

No matter what I enter, it responds with “no”. I’ve wasted a ridiculous amount of time on this. Deleting it.

i now have to watch a five second ad to access tickets/a railcard i have paid for? disgusting, greedy behaviour. I'll be going back to trainline. Absolutely shameful
ps your ui is atrocious. maybe hire an app designer who isnt visually impaired next time. i could overlook it for the money i was saving, but after this final straw, you can go in the bin
