Ari the hotel cleaner
My husband and myself stayed at 14 roses boutique Bali the 14 nights, it’s close to a lot of shops very friendly staff but the one staff that stood out to me was Ari the hotel cleaner whenever he cleaned our room and we walked in, It smelt beautifully fresh smelling and it was very clean. Ari is a asset to your hotel. I can’t praise him enough on his work ability

Just another app with their hand out
Unfortunately, the lay out of the app leaves users feeling good, informed and like they are getting great deals. When you request a cancelation, you cannot change the date, even if cancelling outside of 24 hours. Then you will be hit with a cancellation fee, even outside of the 24hour window, that is more than the original purchase price. I.e. the cancellation fee, costs more than the cost of the room for the night. I contacted the hotel directly and this isn’t their policy and they gave me further advice. Buyer be careful when selecting dates, don’t bother using the app if there is a chance in the event being cancelled, you will not get your money back and even be hit with a bill.

Poor set up with poor comms
Does not refund flight unless you are in hospital
Does not allow re submit documents for cancel of flight despite GP certificate for high contagious disease such as Noro virus, email confirmation says otherwise
