App needs more options for payment

Online system needs adjustment to be able to make payments less than the current amount. Getting paid bi weekly is tough enough, being able to change payment amounts would be helpful. The phone system is even worse when entering a payment different from current it always says it’s greater than or equal to current payment and it’s not.

Great App

I rarely have a problem with this app. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars rating is because, every now and then the app has a problem recognizing the back of a check when I’m trying to deposit it. There’s been a couple of times I’ve had to go to the bank in order to deposit checks.

Bill pay

Bill pay does not show me the check number unless you log in on a computer and drill into the transaction! Very frustrating

Missing standard functionality

App seems like it is from 2015. Registration took forever, doesn’t integrate with iOS pwd manager or its default copy/paste function, makes you re-enter all registration values if the username is in use (after submitting). Finally got through that mess & I can’t enroll in auto-pay because the form won’t let me scroll to the bottom to accept terms & submit. My loan was transferred to BOK without consent, but I’m so glad I don’t bank here. Avoid it, if you can.

Can’t label checks

I switched from Bank of America to Bank of Oklahoma because of quality of service. But when I found out I couldn’t label my checks on line I stopped transferring funds to BOK so I could use the BOA checking.

When BOK fixes this I will complete my money transfer.
