Getting Much Better

Honestly, I used to hate this app but it seems to be a lot more stable and overall much more easy to use. Maybe I just got a better phone. Who knows.

Latest Update fixed my problem

I can log in on the website, but logging in on the app I always get the message “system is unavailable...” etc

Horrible Banking App.

I love BOK. I hate the BoK app. I cannot deal. I literally have to reset my password (and still can’t get in), every time I try to check my pending balance and transactions. Only leaving me the option to have to call in and sit on hold for an hour to reset it. I need a consistent and reliable mobile app when managing and dealing with my hard earned money. Thanks but No thanks BoK .

App don’t work

The app doesn’t work with iOS 14, they need to fix this ASAP to make it compatible

So many banks are better

Bugs, connection issues, and limited features make for a very lackluster experience. Come in Bok the bar is set by big banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America and others. Even my credit union in California had way more features and stability than this app. I’ve tried for four months to transfer money to my daughter in college and it finally worked just now. Get with it. Hire some product managers who are actually doing user studies and competitive analysis. This is the 21st century!

Work fun, but...

2 things would be big upgrades

A snapshot of balances over time to help get a picture of growth or decline would be fantastic!

Also, when you choose an account to make make a bill payment to, you then have to go back to the payment setup screen. Once an account is chosen, it should go to the payment screen automatically. The extra step seems odd.

Aesthetically boring

The app is not pleasing to the eye. However this is personal. Worse is the max transfer limit from an outside bank is 2500. This is unacceptable in today’s world. I knocked off stars for these two items.
