Good but flawed
Good up to a point. Really annoying flaws. When you select a house from property list it is not clearly highlighted which one of the properties it actually is on the map.
Annoying default to current map area when you go back to search.

Cannot get search working at all so only shows homes close to where I am.
Rent search not working
Sale section works fine but To Rent part of app returns no results at all even in broadest search parameters. Please fix and it gets 5 stars!!
Useless
I'm sure that anyone who would make an app as useless as this won't read reviews, but in case they do perhaps they want to test it before releasing it.
Will not work with the filters, keeps resetting to current location rather than the region which is not much use when I am in the UK.

3 feature requests
Nice app, not sure why it's rates 2 stars (also good for people thinking of moving to NZ / AU, not just current residents)
I have 5 requests though (do at least 3 and I'll update to 5 stars):
1) land listings (lots and farm land)
2) (easy) add currency symbol to clarify NZD (just a dollar sign doesn't tell outsiders much)
3) (easy) preload next image when scrolling through photos
4) zoom on map only on double click (users are used to double, but you guys zoom on a single click)
5) (super easy) turn off 4th direction rotation (i.e., don't rotate upside down). This allows a user to lay sideways and hold their phone upside down while viewing photos in landscape mode)

Well __I'm__ Impressed
This app does an excellent job of replicating the website search & map abilities, with the added bonus of "show me what's for sale near me right now".
I've not yet tested the note-taking & property inspection tools in any serious way, but what I've seen so far looks to be useful.

Doesn't work very well
This app does not sort very well. It doesn't seem to matter which "district" u put in when ur searching for houses in Auckland u get everything available in Auckland. U can't sort for just "Waitakere" & just get houses in Waitakere. It is not very reliable at all as sometimes it seems to loose listings! One min it's there, next it's not! I don't think I'll be keeping it on my phone.
It also has no date of listing on each property. So when u search u get properties that were listed a year ago but have no way of knowing this.
