Plenty love for everyone
Plenty love for all my early new team in my house we are up by 4:30am and out of the house by 5:30am 6:00am 7:00am. I work for DOC my husband works for US Postal Service my daughter is EMT so we appreciate you being there in the early morning.
What needs to be done and fixed.
This app overall is [good] — but there is an issue that needs to be looked into. You can not view content in landscape mode. When you attempt to view in landscape mode, the video stops and turns black. I’m running this app on an iPhone Pro Max, iOS 14.2.
I have to look elsewhere for news coverage as this is a problem.
If this issue can be fixed, I will be more than happy to come back as I feel this is the better app for news.

Great All Over Information on all Topics
Sport, All Major events, Overnight Headlines, Wether Updates!!! all in one station. On TV, in My App, all the reporters, hosts, programs far outreach all others. Want to love it - click connect
Been a viewer for 40 years however the app needs a fix. On more than one occasion a headline will appear saying “click to open in app” but when clicked it does not connect me to the story; further the story I am interested in is not found anywhere on

Coronavirus
It isn’t necessary to show children in hospital beds on ventilators or tubes in nose it’s very upsetting for parents who lost children to see that every night on the news I think we get the point that children are getting sick but those images aren’t necessary there are other ways to tell the story
Many glitches
The App needs some tweaking, the app. Continuously is Booting me out to my home page on my phone, I have ran The diagnostics on my phone and it is NOT my phone it IS the app. Also commercials and/or “Ads” get cut off and sent to blue screen during live news casts and if watching “Breaking news” (which is live) The App. Makes you watch an Ad Mean While there is SERIOUS breaking News!!! That OF ALL THINGS NEEFS TO BE FIXED!! ASAP!! What if something even More serious the

Why I Like ABC NEWS NY
I travel a lot & like to keep abreast of what’s going on at home in NYC!!
There are many news stations here in Clearwater FLORIDA but not one matches the Eyewitness News team in NYC. Miss you guys!! One of the reasons why I’m counting down the days to when I return (11 days & counting!)

Channel 7 ABC NEWS
I’m from Jersey City but currently in North Carolina since October. I watch my favorite channel on my phone. I’m constantly turning it on especially when there’s a news alert.
I don’t want to miss out on what’s going on in my neighborhood. I’m just so happy that I can get channel 7 on my phone. It makes me feel like I’m still in Jersey. Thank you

What’s good versus what’s absurd
I respect ‘ Channel 7 on your side ‘ for reporting consumer abuse
And illegal companies taking money and failing to do thee work.
There coverage of heroic rescues involving heroes from children to adults is wonderful too.
Unfortunately your channel covers 3 hours of reporting with previews of what’s coming up: first: without a time frame or presenting it 2nd: previews of the weather within 5 minutes of coming on the air! each hour! 3rd and what’s most prevalent to us(consumers who watch the network).
I want news coverage of up to the minute news; your words not mine! The weather should be towards the end of your top news that we want to hear and see. We are not all dumb people who just care about the blah blah reporting.
I hope you see this and doesn’t get lost. I’ll be watching for now.

App is repetitive and not monitored
This app seems to be only good for watching live, but when you replay videos there is no sequence to the videos. They repeat at times sometimes even showing the same video three times in a row.
The other news apps have a sequence to their videos and not one of them repeats. Why can’t this app do that.
Also when you want to watch the news, just show the news when we replay videos. We don’t need to see a review on beauty spots, massages and facials! There should be an option to skip through if these and the sort!
