  • No “are you sure” for deleting flashcard

Ughgghhhh! I accidentally hit on trash / delete when I meant to hit err add and LOST my custom deck. Please fix as I now re-do hours of redoing.
  • Necessary for all Latin students

I rarely write reviews, but this app is certainly worthy of one. I bought it for the dictionary alone, which has an amazing parser function that gives the syntax of whatever word is entered. It is immensely helpful to a struggling Latin student such as myself. As I spent more time on the app, I discovered there is an incredible amount of content hidden in the menus. For one, there are hundreds of Latin texts with speeches and writings by everyone from Augustus to Virgil. The app also generates grammar quizzes and creates flashcards which are great. It also has basically an entire grammar textbook itemized in a manner that makes it easy to answer any lingering questions. Navigation is a little antiquated, but the amazing features easily compensate for the clunkyness. In short, if you are behind in Latin class or want to learn more, this app will help you get to where you want to be!

  • Best app for iPhone

First review ever. I feel compelled to write that this is by far the most legit app out there for someone who loves Roman history. I have been fascinated by Latin for some time and I am just now taking steps to learn a little. Just download it, it is worth 10 times the price.
  • Simply flawless

One of the most used Apps on my iPad, and absolutely unbeatable in every particular. A workhorse set of dictionaries, Latin texts, translations, parsing (!!) and grammatical helps. Layout is pleasing, intuitive, simple. Content is top notch. Price is amazing for what you get. The dictionaries alone hv saved me hours of page flipping. For any Latin student of any level: just get it. No golden soul will ever regret this one.

  • Excellent app

This app is very useful for Latin Students. It has so many great features!
  • Buy it!

This app is an absolute must. I use the dictionary constantly in translations, the inclusion of the texts (especially the complete Vulgate) is simply phenomenal....the inclusion of random quotes and the flash card features are just added bonuses! Appus bonissimus est! Ac carthago delenda est!
  • Crucial for any Latin Student

This app is a godsend for any Latin students. It has everything you need to build your proficiency and get an A. The parser is really helpful when dealing with long translations. Just put the text in, and it will preload all of the words, their translations, and any principal parts or genders you need. Also, a lot can be gained from the quotes on the front. This is a must buy and well worth the money.

  • Dictionarium Optimum

Hoc dictionarium est OPTIMUM et est melium que quicquam alium in AppStore-ē. Potest conjugāre totas verbas adpellationesque declināre. Si quaesebas unum dictionarium bonum hoc est tuus optio optimus.
  • Please update for compatibility with future devices!

Everyone in Classics nneds this App. Whether you're in highschool, college, Grad school, or tenured. If you want to travel like Aeneas, you can bring a huge chunk of the Latin library with you. However, I recently got a message that it might not work with future updates of iOS. That would be a huge tragedy. This App has been a huge win for a very important field starting to make comeback... Let's keep the digital Renaissance going!
