  • Bad Updates

I’ve been playing this in the a.m. every day for years. Today I am looking at other apps because of your recent updates. For me, it’s all about look and feel. The board is in-my-face with giant fonts, tiny cards, and a bunch of features no one asked for. The fonts are now bigger than the numbers on the cards. Big, black bars with glaring white serif fonts. When I changed the size of the cards - no option to control the font - they just spread out farther, making the board even more messy. When I use the “re-shuffle” button, it doesn’t react, so I can only assume it is working. What used to be one of 3 daily games I play just became unusable.

Hi, could you please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing exactly? It sounds like maybe something isn't scaling or sizing as it should on your device, and I would like to work to address that for you. For the Re-shuffle button, it should work as always, which is that it makes the shuffle sound. If you have sounds turned off, perhaps that is what you are missing? If it is something else, please let us know. You can reach us any time at support@FullerSystems.com

Sometimes thou the computer is quite cruel … seem to get a mass of losses then same with wins !! I’m sure I’m more than a 50% winner

  • Recent Login Issue

Firstly I love this game, I’ve played 2000+ multiplayer games and never seen an ad like some have mentioned, and I’d give it five stars any other time, but recently the Facebook login option hasn’t been working. After it prompts me to the Facebook app I get an error message saying “Facebook is updating details for this app. Try again later.” And this has been occurring for weeks now. I’m completely locked out. This might be a Facebook issue and if that’s the case, five stars for being my favorite game. But helppp. I did sent the support email a note about it so hopefully it can get resolved.

Hi, this is absolutely a Facebook problem, but they are not working quickly at all to resolve it. If you have reached out to us for support on this, you likely already know the quick solution as well, simply select the Multiplayer button and when prompted to log in, select the option to log out of Facebook there, and then just use your regular Cribbage Pro account instead (username and password). If you have lost your password, just select the "Forgot Password" option there to reset it. As always, if you need further assistance, email us any time at support@FullerSystems.com
  • Does it ever end???

I love this app. So much. But I’ve been playing for ages, just trying to surmount level 99. Does it ever end? Will I get a notification or something saying that I’ve finally eclipsed this insurmountable task? I’m so close. Maybe a few hundred games away, but I’ve already played several thousands. Will I see Level 100? I may never know. I just want to be done playing. I don’t even enjoy it anymore. Just tap tap tappin’ away for an Achievement I may never see.

  • Jllp

Pretty good, but it is not completely random. In the real world all deals are completely random. Why not in the cyber world? I stand by the above. A good cribbage player expects totally random deals. Why complicate a good, challenging game by allowing selection of the level of challenge? The "real" game really is challenging enough with real players and real cards.

    Developer Response

Hi, to clarify how the game works, all shuffling and dealing are completely fair and random in all cases. The selection of the difficulty level in the single player game simply adjusts the amount of computation ("thinking" if you will) that the computer does in determining the cards to discard and play. Nothing more. The easiest difficulty setting does only very basic calculations while the most difficult setting calculates every possible outcome and tries to make the highest scoring selection. If you would like to know more, or have any questions please email us at support@FullerSystems.com
  • New Update broke winning streak

Been playing this for many years and it’s the only Crib for me. However, the latest update has broken the winning streak data. Since I updated I’ve been stuck on losing streak of 1. Doesn’t matter what happens it never changes. A fix would great! Thanks.

    Developer Response

Hi, it sounds like maybe you have hints enabled if this is for single player games, or are playing unrated games if this is for online multiplayer games. In any case, please email us at support@FullerSystems.com so we can investigate it further with you directly. No update should have impacted that, and you are the first to report anything like this, so please email us when you can.
  • Fine game, deleting over the ads

I have had this game for years and have played it. I often play it when I am sitting in my young daughters rooms while she can’t sleep for some reason. It is a quiet low key game that keeps me entertained. Tonight was one such night as we are having severe weather (lightening and thunder that is keeping her awake). We are also under a tornado watch, so having my phone on silent is not a good idea. I have the game play to silent and my ringer to silent, but I do have sound on at least on low in case a tornado alarm goes off. After 45 minutes, I was finally able to leave her room as she passed on enough to no longer be alerted to me not being in the room with the storm. And then an ad popped up with full volume. It isn’t the first one, but it hasn’t been regular in the past until recently. But this one was the last straw. It woke her up. So I had a wide eye toddler who now I have to restart the entire routine with to get her sleep and asleep enough she isn’t noticing I am no longer in the room with her as she is scared.

    Developer Response

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that some ad has caused you to leave the game. We have no way to control the volume of any particular ad, unfortunately. If you play any game with ads, you will find that to be the case there as well. In the example you provided, whether with our game or any other, you will want to turn down/off all volume settings and use vibrate only at most. Since you are already looking at your device the entire time, you should have no concerns about missing any notifications. Perhaps some day there will be a universal way to control this, and when there is, we will certainly use it. Until then, set your volume settings to the appropriate level for your environment, use headphones or consider the one time purchase to remove the advertising entirely.
  • Totally unrealistic and unfair

This could be a great game but is spoilt by the totally unrealistic game play. Cards turned over and hands created are totally predetermined and so no still is required for this game. The developers state this is not true, but you can see from the man6 comments that they either lie or are totally oblivious to this. I have played many games where the opponent constantly gets minimum 12 each hand. It has happened to me also, so not just saying this because I lose, but because it spoils the game and any skill you may have. Don’t bother with this as you will get frustrated quickly and lose all interest, just becomes a card turning game, no skill required

    Developer Response

Hi, as we have explained in great detail in the game Help and FAQ, the game is fair and honest in every respect and is always using a fully randomly shuffled deck and never stacking the deck or anything else like that. No hands are ever predetermined in any way whatsoever. We don't just make this claim, we back it up with hard data and multiple published audits as well. Furthermore, we have even offered to let anyone view the code to see for themselves. If you think of anything else you would like to see that we haven't already shared, please let us know at support@FullerSystems.com Yes, others certainly have said similar things, that the game must be cheating somehow. That is by far not the majority of people, but when there is disagreement of belief we don't take a survey to find the truth. We use logic and reason to examine the hard evidence.
  • My go to crib app!

Sure I’ve played a bunch of games on the brutal difficulty setting and I can say it’s about 50/50 fairness I have won 8 games in a row then lost 8 in a row in my losses I mostly get skunked, so in that standpoint it’s not 50/50 like above , it’s more like 70 player cpu 80, but yet making the right play on a daily basis during the game greatly your odds of winning over the computer’s stupidity. Very dissapointed you haven’t created a low ball cribbage variation yet, I’d like to have that to practice Alison than just regular cribbage.
