How many updates does it take to fix alleged glitches. Hoyle's rules state the dealer doesn't score for a jack in the crib the same suit as the draw card. The computer always does, but doesn't score the player, except when the game is on the line. I have lost twice recently, by being penalised for not taking the point I'm not usually credited for. Coincidently, the computer was on 120 points at the time. How has nobody else ever noticed this?

Hi, we follow the rules as outlined by the American Cribbage Congress and available on their website at cribbage.org Different players may use different "house rules", but we selected the ACC rule set as the most widely accepted one. If you ever see anything that looks like it failed to follow those rules, please take a screenshot and send it to us for review at support@FullerSystems.com
  • I enjoy it.

I really like this game for its lack of ads and click bait. I don’t mind an ad between games so this works for me. Unfortunately, the game is too easy. The computer plays a “5” on the first card very often with nothing to back it up. I wish this would stop. If you look at the hands at the end, you will also notice strange discards that cost the computer points. So . . . I play it . . . Expecting that I will win almost all the time.

  • Annoying glitch

I finish a game and then look at the stats and go offline. When I return back online, it says I have an unfinished game and do I want to Resume or Take Loss. I never go offline during a game, so have to replay the last few hands again of the last game I played. It’s very annoying for an otherwise simple and easy to use app.

Hi, sorry to hear you are experiencing a glitch of some kind. The game stores your unfinished single player games local on your device, so being online or not shouldn't be the cause of the problem. Please email us at support@FullerSystems.com so we can investigate it further with you directly, as I have never seen this before and I can't replicate it happening on any of our test devices. Your assistance in reporting and helping to get this fixed is greatly appreciated!
  • Good challenge!

I’ve won 54 percent of the brutal games that I’ve played. A lot of games have been very close - one or two points. I love the challenge!

I hope the fact that they are asking for a review doesn’t mean that they’re about to increase the advertising as other games have done! I hate having an ad interrupt me in the middle of the game. This is one game that doesn’t do that, at least not yet.

  • Ad frequency

Enjoy the game but hate the ads popping up so frequently. So decided to pay for the ads to stop. Was surprised to see that it told me I have already paid for this (which put it back in my old memory banks!). So why do I still get all the advertisements? Frustrating sanbam

Hi, it sounds like you just need to restore your purchase. Select the purchase option at the top of the main game menu screen and then restore your purchase from there. If you have any problems, please email us at support@FullerSystems.com so we can assist you directly.
  • Game is rigged

I play this game a lot. I also have played for years and I am good. I play Challenging all the time. The algorithm is rigged. It occurred to me that when you go from standard to challenging what toggles that difference? Does it add a second deck, of course not! Does bring in a better computer, nope! It intentionally deals bad hands. You get dealt hands that at best in any combination bar the flip card will give 8 while the computer will get 12 and 20 hands it is rigged, there can be no other way. The amount of times this happens is really quit amazing. I started to track it because it was so bad but happened in to many variations and too often to be able to come up with a percentage. Final example I have tested it against itself by doing what I call “hint play” that is only playing the hints and still get the same result. I still play because of two reasons. One other crib games are worse and even more obvious, two it is so predictable I use it to teach my kid how to play and I can play off of knowing what the algorithm is going to do🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi, as we have shown extensively, the game is fair and honest in every respect and it is not stacking the deck or anything else like that. The difference between the difficulty levels is the amount of calculations done by the computer to determine the best possible discard or play. In that process, it calculates every possible outcome of every possible card and potential response, which makes it a bit unlike any human player. The deck is always randomly shuffled, and we have also demonstrated that with the evidence shared on the game blog where we even offer to let anyone view the code itself to show this unequivocally.
  • Mostly good

The only things I don’t enjoy very much are the competing matches, where my opponents make stunning comebacks after being dealt unlikely several high scoring hands in a row; and the XP level rankings go up by one for every game you win until you reach level 50, then stop.
  • Ratings for inappropriate behavior!

I see why you have ratings….however if someone gives such a rating why do we not have the ability to rebut those ratings….or at least block those people instead of ruining our reputation based on one person’s opinion! I’ve got two of those ratings and I barely say anything to anyone…we should have access to who said those things and why…

Maybe that rating should be removed!!!
    Thanks for listening

  • Love the game and play, but…

I’ll take a slightly different tack in offering the same complaint that has been mentioned before. Many times, the game seems a foregone conclusion within a few hands - the computer opponent gets multiple > 14 point hands in a row (with at least one 20+) - and you know you can’t win. That’s not authentic - though certainly getting consistently outplayed by a better player is. Perhaps there’s a better algorithm than a completely random shuffle - I’ve played >1000 rounds, but that’s a long way south of the maximum shuffles. Maybe some sub-sorts in semi-random groupings of cards? Watch some different human shuffles maybe? Again, a loyal fan, who’s occasionally frustrated.

Hi, thanks for the review and the suggestion. When we first wrote the game, we tried several different ways to go for "life like" shuffles. One big problem that quickly became apparent is that everyone has unique experiences, and there is no way to match them. It was also clear that manipulating cards in any way can result in the system deciding who wins or loses quite often as there is always a significant amount of luck involved in the game of cribbage. So, ultimately we decided that the only way to truly be fair and consistent is to use a true random shuffle at all times. That said, if someone were to produce a card shuffling system that was superior all around, we would definitely evaluate it for the game. If you, or anyone else, finds one to consider, please email us any time at support@FullerSystems.com
  • Suggestion

Great free game, only 1 advert after each game which isn’t bad! One suggestion would be to remove the 5 min ban after leaving a game and change it to 2 or 3, let’s say you join a 1 min timer game and the other dude is leaving it to 55 seconds to make a decision. “Ain’t nobody got time for that”
