Great app some yards need better pictures, however

The app is really good, it makes bidding and viewing cars easy. Problems solved quickly.

The only issue I have is some of the yards purposely take bad pictures, especially of the running car’s odometer cluster. They are purposely leaving out check engine lights and\or airbag lights. I think that’s very unfair when it comes to the members who pay their salary.

Also the FEES are too high and there’s to many tiny bogus charges. Making a profit is one thing but beating the member isn’t nice…. Plus each location has a different set of viewing rules which is crazy, to me. Cars should be viewable everyday in person on every lot.

For cars

Very cool side for all kind of vehicles but very good thing all sides peoples who deals with customers they are very nice and friendly people.GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORKS

TOTALLY DISGUSTED

No matter what I do at Copart it NEVER goes smoothly. Poorest customer service of any of the businesses that I am involved with! I’m not alone other dealers that I associate with say they don’t even go there because of the problems! The stupid queue. I’ve waited for hours to be waited on. When you walk in the office no one even acknowledges your there. I literally hate going there. I Have a car there for a month to sell still not in the sale. Plus mileage is listed wrong, call half a dozen times it’s still not right. My driver refuses to ever go back! For a multi million dollar operation it is pathetic! Last time I sold a car there it took a month and a half to get paid! I’m 78 years old been in the car business for 40 years including owning a ford dealership. I know a little bit about the auto industry. COPART NEEDS AN OVERHAUL OF MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don’t bother

Think it’s a Pure sale, it’s not, even if your the highest bid you won’t get it unless the seller approves.

Recently they have been adding extra storage fees even though I was still within my pickup date. Sometimes they are helpful and take them off. Other times they will say they are going on hold and hang up on you.

(Service at locations is generally amazing after a 2 hour wait, but member services sends you to a call center overseas were they don’t know any of the policy’s, neither person understands each other, and they hang up on you randomly)

Their added fees are 3 to 4 times more then other auction houses. For example if you win a $25 dollar lot it’s about 325 after fees. (They did not use the loader)

Mailing fee, gate fee, environmental fee, mailing fee, desk fee, late fees even if they are closed, administrative fees, and more.

Also your competing with Mexico, Africa, Middle East Europe. 70% of the time prices go way above local asking price of a un wrecked car. You simply can not compete.

Damage listing is complementary, if it says run and drive and ends up not, Copart is not liable. You are stuck with it.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, there’s a lot more issues.

"I've had an excellent experience with Copart car auction! Their website is user-friendly, and the registration process was seamless. The auction itself was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the vast inventory of vehicles, including a wide range of makes and models.

The bidding process was smooth, and I appreciated the transparency of the auction process. The prices were competitive, and I managed to snag a great deal on a high-quality vehicle.

Copart's customer service deserves special mention - they were responsive to my queries and provided timely updates throughout the process. The delivery process was also efficient, and I received my vehicle in excellent condition.

Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with Copart's services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. Keep up the great work, Copart team!"

Rip off. I won’t be buying from them again

I won a bid at the pennsbury location in Pennsylvania and paid for the car. Ny driver was ready to pickup the car the next day and they couldn’t let him to pick it up the next day because they said he needed to schedule an appointment which wasn’t until 7 days after the vehicle purchased date. Copart start charging storage fees after 3 days including the day the vehicle was purchased so technically 2 days. Can someone explain to me how it is my fault and now I have to pay storage fees when I am ready to pickup my vehicle from their lot? This is absurd and they should be absolutely ashamed for charging customers storage fees when they set things up for customers to never be able to pickup their car in time without incurring storage fees.

to cheat

Incorrect information from the owner to the mechanic to the marketer. Intentional fraud in losing the car key due to failure to detect damage to the machine. Taking the floor mats. I don’t know what the purpose is. Writing the car runs R but the mechanic did not write. The car needs a new machine. Fraud after fraud. Why the fraud. Give correct details to determine the value. The commodity and the rights to buy and sell. Also, to raise a complaint to the administration, all employees and managers evade financial rights. For example, I bought a car. The mechanic inspected the car and said that it works, there are no problems. When the car is present, the machine does not work. When a complaint is filed, all of the administration evades their mistakes, and there is no preservation of the rights to the commodity and safety.
