Latest version cuts me off from the legacy cameras in our office. This is terrible.

Gets Worse and Worse
This program updated and now it does not work at all with my iPad. Each successive update it seems to have gotten worse. I cannot get access to my cameras. I have tried to reinstall the app and re-enter all the ip addresses to the cameras, password and account info, without any success!samsigsauer

Still broken, still cannot view cameras
Even after your latest update I still cannot view my 40+ cameras at my place of business. I don’t even have a menu that lists my cameras!
Two revisions ago it was working perfectly.
All I get in my menu now is:
- system alerts
- configuration

After the last 2 updates the app still won’t show the list of cameras or any views even though it shows connected.

Avoid the 9.8.2 update!
I should know better than to upgrade to a new version immediately! Thumbnails appear, but when I click one for full screen the images sits for a moment at very low resolution, then the screen turns white wit “No Video” displayed.exacqUser
