Two weeks ago you did an update and I started getting resource key error. Your recent up did not fix the problem. How about getting this corrected?iPhone XS problems 6/19 update.
Multi pane view badly pixelated on startup. Frequently loses camera set- ups. Have to constantly re select cameras. Timeline playback on search does not jump to next motion recording. Not properly formatted for notch screens - sidebars are white.Update breaks it

For the last 6 months I’ve not been able to view cameras. What’s the point of security camera app if you can’t view the cameras. Is anyone alive at this company????? If I knew this was going to happen I never would of gone with Johnson controls. Stay away people from tyco or Johnson controls.Several months and no fix???
I read all these reviews and I wonder if Exacq even cares about their reputation. Unfortunately I don’t feel like spending thousands to upgrade from this junk system, otherwise I would do so in an instant. Desktop client is still working, mobile app hasn’t worked in months and the last update was another disappointment.Show lessHow is this still not fixed?
Haven’t been able to use the app in a month or 2 after the last update. How can this not be fixed yet?

So the app updates and everyone on iPhone lost the ability to see video, myself included. I simply went to the Exacq website and downloaded the latest server package for my system, then ran it on the Exacqvision server. Even though I’m out of server side upgrades, the client and web application both updated, and my iPhone works just fine now. Everyone just do that.Show lessTerrible user Interface.
Terrible user interface. Upgraded from NUUO to Exaqc but it’s even terrible. Can’t see the cameras name when there is no recording. I have more than 10 cameras. Just not easy and not user friendly at all. -5App hasn’t worked in months
App hasn’t worked in months. My husband tried contacting support and was on hold forever and finally gave up without talking to anyone. I tried contacting them on Facebook and never received a response. Terrible app and terrible customer service.
