  • Worse app ever

    They said they changed it to make it better but instead they destroyed it one night we’re watching our dogs then the next morning it’s gone they want us to sign in and go through all of that again only to find out it still don’t work .Our company that watches our dogs needs to get rid of this app befor we stop going to them and they lose business our dogs are there so we can watch them worse app EVER

  • It needs a major overhaul

    I’ve been in the security industry for years installing/servicing. I love exacq equipment and the client platforms are very user friendly and intuitive. That does not carry through with their mobile application. The app is difficult for the end user to operate and does not appear to be reliable.
  • No longer works for iPhone app

    Did a systems check on my Exacq server, all works well, but the mobile app always looses connection, always ask to reconnect. Now I can’t even login with the app.
    I deleting the app, entered my setting again, still no servers connecting.
    Tested the app on my iPad works like it supposed to, Not on the new iPhone 11 Pro Max.
    I would rated this at least 2 stars for now, and that’s only because it still work on my iPad.

  • Total failure

    worked for a year but now crashes as soon as all the cameras load. I deleted and reinstalled the app same issue. no one fixes the bugs ever. I loved it for a year as I could see inside the Business if an alarm was triggered, now it is worthless!
  • Issues I have switching to this VMS

    1. When clicking to view a camera why not allow full screen? Instead you have a black area around the imagine and have to manually pinch with fingers to expand. Users are doing this so regardless of what you feel this is needed for how about making it convenient for us when we are managing 100s of cameras.

    2. Given that I have to pinch each time to view a larger screen of the camera this doesn’t allow the PTZ functions to work. Suggestion would be allow the PTZ function overlay to work when wanting to enlarge the camera view or do as stated above in #1

  • Was working for awhile

    Up until around last month or the month before this app worked great. Now you load the cameras and see video for a second and then the feed goes black. App, server and web server all up to date on latest version. Please fix!

    Edit: it appears updating the web service on the server fixes this issue. Changing review to 3 stars from 1 star as it is usable again after this.

  • Problem staying connected

    There is a problem with the app I have had to reinstall several times after we had already connected to our cameras. I like the system but this interruption is very concerning. I need to have constant viewing of our cameras. I have updated and now I have no zoom on the cameras. This is not acceptable please fix. Giotto‘s has been very helpful in correcting these problems but I cannot expect them to continue fixing your problems.
