    I’ve had this video app since our video system was installed and have never been able to use it, it is constantly failing to connect to the server, have had the installing company out several times to fine the problem and they have been great helping me getting the system back up and running however in a week the app won’t login any longer. The installing company just left and again the app in working, they had to completely remove the app and reinstall and this is the same problem as 2 weeks ago. Your video system was highly recommended by Giotto’s Alarm-Tech and now I am disappointed that I listened to them. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!

  • If you’ve used Nest, UniFi, etc. you’ll HATE this clunky app

    Hard to search stored video, really clunky live viewing. And in the latest update, they actually TOOK AWAY ZOOMING in live view. I didn’t think this app could get worse, but it has. I’ll be getting off this system soon. It’s obvious they don’t care about updating/fixing this app.
  • Going down hill

    The Exacq mobile App used to be great. Since the entire app as revised or rewritten a few years ago, it has been going down the hill. Slow connects, no connects, failed logins one minute when it was just working five minutes ago. Now my views only show a list but will not populate a live VIEW.
    We are Select Dealers too and I fear trying to work this out with support. Rather slam my finger in the door. Exacq do something about the App. At expos we all talk. Most I talk to when they on road like me, check their homes with $50 WiFi Cam and not Exacq because it’s easier and it works!!!

  • App worked fine for 3 years, now broken

    App worked fine for 3 years and then an update broke it. Hasn’t worked in 6 months. Can’t view videos anymore. Can’t get anyone at Exacq customer service to help. Exacq doesn’t appear to care about existing customers. They are trying to force server upgrades down everyone’s throat. Will be switching to a new camera company as soon as this server dies.

  • Stop playing the Blame Game!

    This app hasn’t worked for the better part of a year! I have customers upset that the system we installed and talked it up that they can view it on their phone is a complete lie at this point. Call after call to tech support and they are blaming Everyone else. At this point we have no other choice except to change to a new camera system to offer our customers. This is our livelihood and I can’t jeopardize it on offering products from a company that can’t stand by its products. My customers spent hard earned money and I refuse to let them not get what they paid for.

  • Cameras don’t populate

    Cannot view cameras when connected to server, seems like this would be the most important aspect of a NVR viewing app. Same result on both iPad and iPhone X, been unusable for a while, was hoping this last update would fix.
  • Broken and not fixed

    I would think this would be a professional and reliable company given the cost of the equipment. And yet on the last update the app connections to the back end server are broken and very rarely connect. This has been an ongoing issue for months and still not fixed. I am very surprised at this company. And very disappointed. I have trusted my security video systems to them, unfortunately.

    Currently app stopped working. I should be able to go back to older version . Simply reloading app is inconvenient, if you have a dozen systems to reconfig. Don’t come out with something that doesn’t work.
  • Doesn’t work on the latest versions

    Installed the latest software available on Exacq web site .. download the app from « app store » i m from canada then my cellular compagnie is Rogers .. I even though tried with wifi and still connection failed
