Very disappointed

I am very sorry to write such a bad review, but while I have been a customer for quite some time, I will probably concentrate now on other website. The reason is that I should have gotten my package two days ago, but UPS kept postponing and postponing. It is now Friday night and I still have nothing. This was supposed to be a present and I am incredibly disappointed. UPS is incredibly unprofessional and I will think twice before ordering from outnet again.

Very bad quality, be cautious

This app is terrible. The item they sell is full of quality problems. When I purchased an item, the customer service can quickly identify my account and place the order, but when I called for the quality issue, it’s so hard for them to identify my email, locate my order number in the call, the mail to their CS email was returned, and the customer service couldn’t help at all. Don’t purchase any expensive items on this app, unless u already don’t want to return no matter what.

It’s worth it buying clothes this website

This is my second order on this website, and I'm always satisfied with what I receive. The value for money is great, and there are so many beautiful clothes to choose from. When I receive the clothes I've ordered, they always look even better than I had imagined. I'll definitely continue to be a loyal customer in the future

Not satisfied

I’m typing my card info, told me staff in my cart are out of stocks:(

Add to cart bug.

Add to cart function is broken. It says every single item is out of stock after you scroll, select what you want, and attempt to add to your cart. The item is indeed in stock.

CS told me to reinstall the app — I did — and then they told me to use my browser. That’s not a solution, I’ve used this app successfully for years, and this issue is new with whatever buggy update was recently released.

Disappointed, please fix this bug —

Great site but no product reviews or specific sizing

Love this site and shop here a lot. However, I do have two qualifications. When I find something I like, I need to cross reference to the designer’s website to find accurate sizing as The OUTNET seems to use a generic table that doesn’t adjust for different designers. It pretty much always says items are true to size when there is considerable variation. In Australia, clothing size aligns with UK sizing and shoe sizes align with US sizing. The shoe sizing is particularly bad onThe OUTNET as “EU” can mean a variety of things. Also, there are never any reviews or pics of items in real life, so I need to go to other sites such as Rent The Runway to learn if the item is short, itchy, tight, difficult to wear etc. but otherwise, the quality and shipping is very good and I have enjoyed everything.

Shortchanged on Returns

I purchased a pair of denim pants and was charged $107 Cdn on my credit card on April 7. I returned the pants. And was credited only $68 Cdn on April 20. That’s a shortfall of $39 Cdn. When I called customer service I was disconnected 3 times before I was able to reach someone who could actually help me.
She explained to me that there was a “restocking fee” + shipping costs which would have added up to about $28…still leaving a shortfall. As it turns out they still owed me the duty that I initially was charged when they shipped the pants to Canada. They said it would go back on my credit card.
I now realize that the OUTNET is not the shopping site for me! Many of the items are substandard, hence the heavily discounted price. All of this means that as a consumer you will be returning many of these items and the additional costs will be yours to bear.

Poor service.

Very disappointed with customer experience. Ordered 4 items, received 1, and then informed I had initiated a return of the other 3 items. Not sure if it was problem with UPS courier service or with the customs documents the company didn’t provide, but in any case, I now have to make a mad dash to buy luggage for a trip in 48 hours. And, was told I couldn’t get a refund until the items were received back - which, if they’re held up in Customs - could take a very long time. Won’t use this service ever again — or Mr Porter.

App

Needs work. It is not user friendly or shopper intelligent.
U are directing the user to very specific brands u are promoting.
User wants more freedom to start with a home page. We want to direct our own experience. U are pushing the user too much.
While looking at an item, I can not zoom in easily to look @ fabric.
Model sizing is not a realistic or helpful guideline. There should be several body types OR measurements for item. ( remember the old days). Simple meter of sizing helps but more info to purchase more accurate sizing.

Fabulous Fines

I always go to The Outnet when I need unusual items. Never a time I don’t find what I want. Kudos The Outnet for fabulous fines all the time.
