don't use the app, they'll cancel your order
This app is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Always shows products that are not stock, but allows you to purchase, and processes your order only to cancel the order without any notice whatsoever. This has happened to me three times now & I'm completely over the outnet & the outnet app !!!
Overpriced for VINTAGE (“old”) clothes! Dress 11 y.o.!!!
I was tempted to buy a designer dress but soon realized it’s from FW2011!!! And discounted only 60% for clothing over 10 years old!!!
I hope Outnet shoppers realize that the items are sometimes 10+ years old! Nothing wrong with vintage BUT Outnet prices everything like it’s current season.
Insult to injury Outnet refuses to price adjust- even for damaged items close to a decade old!
Outnet should own it and admit they sell VINTAGE and sometimes used clothing.

Customer service since moving to the Philippines
I am beyond disappointed with the customer service standard for both the Outnet and Net a porter since you moved it to the Philippines.
Your staff are polite but simply don’t understand and are ineffective. It took 2 months and multiple calls to get someone who actually understood what I needed. I felt like I was dealing with bots as every email had a different person responding and no one demonstrated any initiative or authenticity.
I called the Outnet customer service today and as expected it was much the same as my previous experience. It has seriously put me off shopping with the Net a porter and the Outnet companies. I simply don’t have the time to deal with them nor do I want to experience the stress and frustration.

Unhappy customer
I am a customer of outnet for couple years already. I was in love this items and customer service before. My last order was from November 4, until today I didn’t receive my package. I was calling during two weeks every another day. I asked to transfer my call to supervisor three days ago, I never received any calls back. I am totally not happy with service this time. Customer service always puts me on hold, doesn’t provide any information to me. I call to talk about the refund today, Rosalia informs me that she needs to do investigation firs. In the end, I don’t have my package and I don’t even know when I will receive my refund.

Good website, room for improvement
Love the website, but deducted a star, as I think the help in choosing one’s size could be improved. For example, when I tried the Find My Size to choose new boots, it didn’t accept any Italian or American brands I entered, including Legres which is sold on the website. If there was more information, like this, it would be easier for overseas clients to buy the right size, and less returning of items that don’t fit (something I hate doing, particularly given the time one spends on finding that perfect fashion item!)

Poor customer care and Inattentive item supervision
I have ordered several items and got them in terrible condition. The sweater was in spools like an old worn out one, and the boots were with blue spots on it and theleather color was faded jn some areas. The customer care responded to this issue stating that the problem is that just the order was not exactly what i was looking for and I get no refund. The return from my country is very expensive, I cannot do that. And the money that I spent was completely a waste. For such high prices I expected checked condition and good quality products, and good customer care service. So disappointing.

Disgusting customer service
I ordered 2 separate orders one has never been delivered but £700 taken and they say DHL have it , it’s been 3 weeks and 10 phone calls and I’m still out of pocket and no order ! My second order arrived but didn’t fit so I returned it via DHL and it hasn’t yet been received by the OUTNET due to DHL but I’m owed a refund of £500 and now without the the clothes and the money ! When you call no one answers at the OUTNET and I’ve sent 5 emails !! Disgusting customer service , I’m now taking legal advice and action
