Failed app and request for support
I wanted a company which was not on their list. If you pay $4.99 they will add any company you want on their list. I don’t mind paying for good programs so I went for it. When I sent it in, I had a message send failure and it would not go through. Then when I went to contact the company I had another message send failure. So as far as I’m concerned this company is not worth taking up any space in my phone. I will be canceling they iTunes with a refund request. Great idea, failed on delivery.

Doesn’t work
I get on & choose who I want to call me, for it to say there’s no wait time. However, I’m currently on the phone waiting over 10 minutes, so there’s definitely a wait time.

Support and portal broken
I signed up for premium to add a new company. I tried to add a company, which generates an email that simply bounces. Then I tried to go to their website and log in, and their customer portal is down. Ironic that their entire goal is to make customer service better and their own customer service is literally non-functional.

Can’t get it set up
Just got this ap. Deleted and reinstalled it three times hoping to fix a glitch. I can open the ap - it stays open for about 10 seconds and then shuts off and I’m back at my home screen. Hummm

Crashes Everytime I open it
Nothing has been more frustrating than loving the premise of an app but not be able to use it.
I downloaded the app and removed it 3 times open it and within 10 seconds app crashes every single time

Does not work anymore
I updated this app and now I cannot get it to stay on more than half a second. I used to love it now it is just frustrating. Fix please

This really does it all. Easy to use and gets it done.
Saves me time!
Who wants to be on hold? Nobody! This app saves me so much time because it really works. It stays on hold for me and my phone rings when there's an actual human on the other end. Love love love it!!
