Insanely awesome
I've been waiting literally years for someone to make this. My time is far too valuable to spend waiting on hold, not to mention the frustration. Would love to see more Canadian companies listed although the most important ones--eg. most frequently called and longest waits--are there.

Nice software but lacks the ability to enter a custom phone number. The contact list is large but this missing function makes it less than perfect...good so far

If you hate call centers as much as I do, you must get this app.
I called my credit card company, just selected it from a list and press a button. They called me back. No waiting, no hassle.
Just a couple of suggestion for next version:
1) the list of companies is hard to read when the name is long. It doesn't wrap making you guess.
2) allow to submit required info that you usually type when you call eg account number.
